Had to download this because my work required it. I can take photos and videos very easy to show customers and it is easy navigate. Only problem is many times when you look up severalwork orders you literally have to close the app and reopen it to search for another work order cuz it crashes or freezes a lot
Keeps saying update is available, uninstalled and reinstalled app and still has this message, just waisted my time re downloading it! This is terrible. I can't believe anyone would publish such an awful app. The difficulty to find repair orders is extreme even when you know your ro number.
Works, but can't upload video or delete a picture once it's uploaded. You have to delete the whole line and add the same line again to upload another picture.
Constantly having to sign back in. Getting automatically logged out in middle of attaching a picture to a job line. Frequent app and web site crashes. I use it because my company says I have too. If the app is down, there's no way to attach pics via the website.
Piece of s****, it log you out, ask for phone verification, and won't let you in again, I got work to do, and this is wasting more my time
Really good app. The only drawback is that it logs u out every other time
Issues with loading slow and also not able to click the right rear break boxes due to the fact that the complete inspection box is blocking it and the app freezes
Ridiculously slow, unusable app wouldn't use if I wasn't required to by the dealership, would recommend using a different service program.
When I select drop down menu for pay type, app crashes. It was working fine last week Update: it has been two months that the app hasn't worked, and nothing from support. Update: after waiting for the new update, the app is working as it should.
So far it sucks. I can only see customers messages but not notes from the tech. It takes a long time to upload the messages. I guess I only use it to notify me if a customer sent me a message, than I walk to my computer to see it. Because it won't load on this app fash enough.
Useless for work. It's only doing notifications and they don't come consistent. Most of the time notifications don't come at all. Can't make inspections or quotes. No support at all. You can not communicate with xtime using the app nor using the desktop version.
Garbage. This app on the iPhone worked great but when I got my new phone (s20+) this app only serves as a messanger. How am I supposed to complete my inspection sheets on time for waiting customers while my coworker hogs the computer for diagnostic troubleshooting. Seriously losing faith in x-time as a whole, they have always been a pointless hassle but this is ridiculous Save your time and energy; if you run Android then DO NOT GET THIS APP
Basically a app that launches a mobile browser. It is very glitchy to sign in. If you don't get your password right the first try you need to completely close the app and try again from step 1. I only use this app for attaching pictures. Also 92 megabytes for a web launcher? Did you even try to clean up after you compiled your source code?
Would be nice if this app worked on the first try when taking pictures for the recommendations I'm making. The app crashes two times before it'll start working half way decent. The app was perfectly fine about two months ago and now it sucks! Please fix!

Unusable on an Android device. From the looks of other reviews this has been the case for some time. Support your products we pay good money for. We had momentum going to kick off and reboot our inspection process and this is killing it.
User interface is complicated and the app wont send pictures through chat half the time. I wind up just taking videos on my phone and texting them to my service writers.

Worst app ever constantly have to sign on and won't save user names or passwords it shuts it out way to quickly Only use it to attach photos to inspections otherwise I wouldn't use this garbage
Recently, the app is really slow to respond. Also, you can't use all the functions properly compared to the website version.
Have to log in every time i open the app to send pictures. Need to be able to save login, otherwise it wastes time rather than save it.
You need to back out of app to get new repair orders ,if a car needs brakes if you add photos and recommendations it will put brakes on twice ; will take a long time to load on wifi works better on 4g ,easy to use though.
I'm able to login but I can't seem to click on "Primary Services" without getting kicked off. Ended up being useless for me to even try using this app. Great idea though.
Makes it through login, then crashes, reload crash, reload crash, etc.... Using motorola edge, worked fine until about 2 weeks ago.
Unable to login. Doesn't have a field for ID. Keeping it installed for updates. I look forward to this app working properly.
Absolutely horrible. Doesn't load any messages. Can drop an RO number in the search field and still nothing. My job depends on this program wish it worked
Being told to add pictures for lines in red. Unable to sign into mobile app to do so. Can log in from internet browser though. Apps trash.
Constantly gives me issues when recording videos to send to customers. I have to create entire videos all over again wasting even more time. Doesn't let me edit clips of videos to redo when I make a mistake I have to do the entire video without making a single mistake. Definitely a huge flaw when you're a flat rate tech smh.
