I was on an older version with no issues, until i updated the app yesterday to see if there were new features. march update broke network features. cant sign in. tried reinstalling to see if it would fix it. No change, I lost my favorite pedals list. I can't restore my list cause i can't login. please fix.
App simply doesn't work because can't connect to the pedal. Looking for the pedal from the app stuck on scanning. Try to connect from android os Bluetooth settings say I have to connect from the app. Frustrating. Xomp Web page for support is actually down. Cannot find a solution.
The range of pedals available makes this such a product. Only thing which is super annoying is a weird auto scroll bug which makes it impossible to scroll for 10 secs or more when viewing a model. Really need to fix that.
Figured out why app don't work. You have to use computer to give you xtomp mini and the password has to be no more then 4 characters anymore and it won't work. After that it works fine. So they need to make it on the computer so you can only enter four digits for the password.
App was updated and now it lost all my account info, won't connect to the internet, and new version does not have latest pedal/amp models. Very disapointing.
Does exactly what it is supposed to. Easy to navigate interface and connects for me everytime.
This is so easy to use and the effects are really really good!! I've been a pedal junkie for over 20 years and this gives me a 'swiss army' pedal.
It's so freaking frustrating when you try to read the pedal info and scroll down, it will auto scroll upmaking your like miserable! What were you thinking?
Having problems,normally an app has button to press that takes me to settings and shows me button press to start the app up,so its going take forever me to get this thing going ,wish me luck,my phone-galaxcy cant handle this app
If you have a Samsung S7 this pedal will not pair with phone very disappointed. couldn't get it to connect to iPad either.
good app so far but can you add a feature to make your own combos that would be great

This is a fabulous Hotone product.The mini version still has access to the majority of the models excepting the double pedal uploads and signature models.If you want them all,buy the more expensive Hotone xtomp.Getting back to the mini version,their is an embarrassment of riches to chose from.Dozens of authentic sounding amps,overdrives,distortions,modulations and delays.Chose what you need,hook up to board and enjoy authentic tones,Bluetooth control by phone,and while not supported by tablet,
App stopped working with Galaxy s10+ after last update. It crashes upon opening.
Pedal is great. App is pretty but so far useless. Running android 6.0 but while the phone can link via Bluetooth the app doesnt "see" the pedal. Useless and very frustrating. Have to hook up laptop and even that took a while. Put a delay on it and it sounds great but Had to use earlier version of PC app. They need to fix this as the pedal itself is great but without the app you lose half the functionality.
New update does not work on Pix2xl The tones are great! Very inspiring for experimentation. Never a boring board again! Monthly updates are like Christmas all year round. New Multi Eko algorithm is amazing!
I love the pedal, and although the app works, the automatic scrolling up and down when browsing effects in the Library is awful- I just want to be able to scroll up and down at will without it slooowly moving regardless of my input.
Seems like a great idea but the app rarely will connect and there is no way to contact Hotone, they don't have a phone number and don't answer email. Back to the store it goes. I'll but something from a company with support.
No certain if it's the app or device. After 100 attempts it worked once then wouldn't work again
App doesn't work with my Samsung Edge 7s. Works great with my PC but I really don't want to drag a laptop around to rehearsal and go. Too bad too cause it really sounds amazing!! Need the app debugged for newer androids please!!
Good app, one thing though, MORE PEDALS! I'm not saying the ones already on it are not alot, but it can't hurt to have more.
I thought I had an issue as I couldn't load any patches. If you are struggling like me then try the following: make sure everything is updated. Click " my xtomp"...if your current patch comes up your connected ( like I was) go to library pick the patch to upload...click upload and when it goes back to the screen with your current pedal that is loaded click on the picture of that pedal and that starts the upload. I couldn't find this info but now everything is working perfectly. Hope that helps
