First time want to try this travel. The apps. was fine until I tried to make payment via Internet Banking. The payment was rejected by the system. It said the payment code is unregistered. I called the customer service and got respond like a snail. Even for pre-dept., they have poor services. :( Hopefully their management can make an improvement.
The seat position is different with the actual condition on the bus. I've ordered a seat without a seat in front of me but it turned out there's 1 seat in the supposed empty spot. Other than that, I can't seem to be copying the Virtual Account number to my mobile banking app so I have to write that down manually. But overall, this app already did a good job!
