The popup browser disappears after selecting your preferred mode of payment. Couldn't press continue after paying via mpesa. History shows process initiated but I cannot edit it.

I've been using this for two months and the customer service is great. Any feedback sent is immediately responded to by the Xtra Value team. My phone glitched and skipped the process of choosing the vouchers and their team helped me sort it out. Overall, pretty neat idea and execution.
