First class simulator. Free version is a good way to get into it, learn gliding skills and explore the free map. Find the other 5 airfields! Full version not expensive and gives better experience with great maps and high performance sailplanes. Welcoming, friendly and helpful community with a shared love of gliding, including many real life pilots.
Try the FREE one first... I am not a 'qualified' glider/sailplane pilot/trainer. Having been in a trainer 20+ years ago at Lasham airfield, GB/UK this is pretty damn good. Only downside I have seen so far is the menu buttons at the bottom if the display are a tad small on a 7" inch tablet.
Best money I ever spent in Play Store. Have had this app since it came out several years ago. Loads fast, flies smooth, simple and fun. I play my music in the background while banking around clouds. Pure bliss.
A great gliding SIM, albeit a little sterile. It could do with something along the lines of distance challenges or something....

Very good realistic soaring experience. Would love to see more glider variety and motor plane towing.
THIS IS THE BEST Glider sim for the Android phone, wave lift would be great to see in a update but this sim is super got both full versions and well worth the price of what a cup of coffee cost
A bit angry with the paid version. Can't get a decent height on launch and refuses my password when I ask for help on the website!
If you're no longer gliding, this is a great way to relive your dreams. And presumably a great taster for those who might want to try it for real.

Just keeps locking up on the loading screen. It use to work.
Great game but could do with some upgrades like wave lift and competitions
Can seem difficult at first but learn a little about gliding and thermals and soon you'll be clocking on those hours
The game never loads and freezes at the loading screen

Needs wing runners
This could be a great simulator but not prior to fixing two major bugs. 1._ After takeoff, using the rudder causes the plane to stall then the screen turns black. 2._ Using the chat is difficult because the keyboard keeps popping back onto the screen, having to press the back button repeatedly until it finally decides to hide. Otherwise I see this game becoming a favorite. Paid customer here.
... could you please add an optional stick control (like with the pedals). The tilting control is ok (not quite real though) but drives you mad if the car, bus or train you sit in, generates additional acceleration what badly affects the flight (like very heavy gusts ; ) ). So please add stick control! It would make it usable in the above mentioned situations and I'd give 5 stars !
Wow. Love the multiplayer/race option. Friendly community that are helpful and engage with you in the "in flight chat". Drift along the ridge, thermal up 1000's of feet, and dive down through the gorges. Very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable
Just got a new Moto Z force and game will go to main menu but not any further. Any selection I make kicks me back to my phone's home screen
I've been playing this for a while and the updates just keep getting better and better. Really excited to see all new content. I would really like to have an aero tow option.
I am a glider Pilot Instructor and this is deadly accurate. The only thing I would want to see is when you land I would love an option to reconnect the winch cable for anothet take off. That would be great. Thanks

Brilliant Sim, very realistic! Shame you can't use a controller with it. Would love to see a Gear VR version of this on the Oculus store. I think you'd be on to a winner there.
The closest thing to gliding, that you can do, without getting in a glider. This simulator is fantastic, and the fact it can run on your phone means the portability of this game/simulator is legendary!
Probably the best mobile gliding sim. Surprisingly realistic, as far as I can tell. Note: I've only been gliding twice, in an old ASK-13. Controls seem well refined, graphics are good, with no frame rate issues encountered so far. I suspect the developers have done their homework and perhaps even tried gliding for themselves. An interesting range of gliders; ASK-21, DG-808S and LS-8. Would recommend to anyone interested in gliding.
