At the beginning, it was not functional from internet connections outside home. Serious problems occur after every update. After a short time of comfortable performance, the application started crashing with every time I start it up on my Samsung Note8. More over, it keeps opening by itself even after shutting it off.They don't respond to emails and feedbacks. Unfortunately it is the only application linked to my CCTV DVR.

Despite exiting from the app, the app is still running in the background, thus heavily draining the battery fast. I have to force stop it, and activate it again when i intend to view again, causing me inconvenience. The previous model is better as i do not have such battery draining issue. Pls either resolve this issue, and i will give a better rating, or point me to a better, compatible app.

Everything worked great for the first year on my Galaxy S8. But with the recent update it crashes with in 25 seconds of opening. Please fix this, it's a great app but it's very annoying. Also a great addition would be to have the app compatible with google home.

Works well BUT guzzles power. It was easy to set up and I managed to get it all working with ease. I agree with other reviewers that it's odd that the app insists on having access to phone and other permissions. I like it but the power draining issue is a big problem for me.

2 at best. It keeps saying device is offline out of nowhere. I have made sure everything's secure and ask for help of the situation and have gotten no response. Also asking for contacts and other permissions that's not necessary.Any alternative I strongly suggest it.There playback feature is horrible. A big thumbs down on that one.

after update on 15e, app crashed repeatedly, cant use anymore. new update after 18e did not make the app function much better... you can run app on first startup, but next time it will freeze, and you wil need to delete all data, and restart app, and add cameras again. lots of work, to get a stream or playback :(

This app was bad at the best of times but now it won't even let me save any of my footage from my security camera which makes all the cameras I installed basically useless in the event someone is caught on camera doing something. This is a horrible app and system and I cannot say enough that it's worth paying three times the amount for a more legit system that will actually work for more than six months

It's an ok app. I mean up until the new update 12/03/2020 I could view and record my servalince data. Lately though it stops in the middle of the night or loses the picture so I cant play anything back. I'm so tired of fighting this app. I cant even log in now. Worked great for about a year and now, not so much.

The app is continuously crashing on my Note8. It worked fine like...the first day I had it. Now I can't even select the cameras I want to view before it just crashes and automatically closes out.

App is slowing down the charging. Previously my Moto z2 play while plugged with charger shows trubo charging but after I installed the app it started showing charging slow and after uninstallating the app it again showing turbo charging. It's really a very big bug. Not sure about other Android devices but definitely in Moto z2 play

I have to keep uninstalling and re-installing because the app keeps telling me the apps not working, nothing else works excpet delete and re-install. please fix it. The app was working fine before this and it works properly on my wifes phone she has an iphone X and I have a Samsung s8 plus.

Really after 2 years i had to pay to be able to use the app and to my surprise after i did paid the subscription i cannot connect to cloud sevice says device offline, works only on local network but for remote view doesn't work w*f, what kind of service is that 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 fix this s..t.

Developer ...why does the app continually keep starting itself in the background even after i force it to close??? Functionality and features seem great BUT its burning through my data unnecessarily !!! Is there a setting i can change somewhere? Would be 5star, but only giving two stars til resolved. Thanks

basically works fine but after i close the app my phone starts hanging n all. until a sign pops up saying the app isn't resoonding. with 3 options.. wait, close app and report. this happens every single time.

it took awhile to figure how to get my cameras to work on this app. I finally did, just to find out that i have to constantly delete and reinstall the app for it to work. i think I'll be returning these cameras and starting over. I like them but the support is horrible.

The app connects and views well however when you exit the app my phone starts to heat up thereafter and drains my battery. Everytime I use the app I either restart my phone or go to apps and force stop on the XVR then only my phone remains cool. The developer needs to ensure the app totally shuts down after exiting the app

was working fine on Samsung S9+ but now on Samsung Note 9, crashes everytime. I am trying to add camera/device it says, added but couldn't open the list and crashes everytime. please advice to correct it.

I cant view my camera as it says subscription has expired. For free version, i watched an ad, status is valid and yet unable to get the view. What if i pay the fees and it doesn't connect even then? Waste of money that is..
