Installed the app and, like others, it worked really well for a few weeks whilst I learnt the different functions available. However, it suddenly stopped loading after the title screen and I was unable to view my cameras for several weeks which coincided with updates (?). Today I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it - works a treat again, thanks.
This has very quickly become THE WORST piece of software I have. It has always been tempremental with remote access to cameras / CCTV, often hangs and crashes, which I have delt with, but now we have forced popup videoadverts on loading and the login servers have become unusable most of the time! If I could replace it with another package... I WOULD. Seems it's not possible without replacing my whole CCTV due to the protocols used. Very poor, and now money grabbing the advert cash... 0/5
Ads before safety?? Are you f*****g kidding me??? This is the only app that works with my system. I can only view 4 cameras and you have ads running on it! It has always been slow to pull up, difficult to navigate, and now I have to watch an ad before I can see who is at my door or lurking around my house. CORRECT THIS!
The App is super easy to use. The challenge is the setup. You'd need to setup 2 versions on your device one for home use, which assumeing you have wifi, which will generate a public IP address for your connection. You'd also need your ISP to enable port forwarding, which allows you outside access to the device, for example when you not at home or using your mobile data to access the cameras when using a different IP. I personally tried a few apps, this one is the easiest.
App keeps crashing as soon as I try to open it, for weeks. Thought by now itd be fixed seeing, its the only app that goes to the cameras. Before this, app worked good enough but when you try to view cameras in a hurry...you have to wait not only for the login but you have to also click on devices & tell it which cameras you want to view instead of them all popping up at once. Playback feature works but its definitely not practical. There's also no red motion line to show activity when reviewing.
App is not very user friendly, I tried to input 3 different emails to Register before it finally accepted one, which isn't even my WORK email. And 3 separate times I went to log in it booted me off. Wouldn't waste my time with this app. I had it for 30 minutes before I deleted it.
This app was working fine for a year. Now my phone wont connect at all. Very frustrating. Have no idea why I cant connect. I've tried uninstalling then reinstall. Nothing works..keep getting connection failed. Pls help!!!help!!
Absolute terrible app just keep saying connection failed when using 4G put words on Wi-Fi connection tried to get in contact with the developer for the last month and has not replied to one absolutely disgusting customer service no clear instructions on how to to use the app and no contact details available seriously needs to be sorted
It's not very intuitive and I have yet to be able to set up a username and a password. Let alone be able to stream what's happening in my store live to my phone viva the app. Any admin that can help that would be great
First use: it took forever to get registered then worked on home wifi but when not home and on 4g it deleted the device I connected so cannot view cameras. Apparently this is a thing with this app, no point in having an app to remotely view your CCTV system that you can only use at home. I am going to find another one this is garbage.
Horrible. The quality is poor, I can't log into remote use and there's no clear instructions anywhere. Customer support is no help bc the website is bogus and the WhatsApp# is unregistered. Also there's no response back from the email so that's also a bust. What a waste of time and money. Would never recommend this
Right now I'm having major problems because the website has been deleted from my iPad. The XVRView is now not available to download on my iPad. What has happened?? I have an Apple iPad. The website is working on my android phone. I tried to download the XVRView app from Goggle and it shows installed but there is no XVRView icon to open the app. Can you please help me thanks!
What a joke. Just bought the security camera system and I need this app to set it up properly. Can't even make an account. It says that both my emails are invalid. What a waist. I really considering sending the security camera system back, just so I won't have to use this app.
Whats going on? The app was working perfectly. Now every single time u open the app it takes long. And when it actually does log in, it instantly kicks me out and shutdown the app. Please fix so i can have piece of mind when im not home. Till then im leaving 2 stars instead of 5
The app was great but now it just won't work. It opens but crashes straight away. I have reported it a few times now and I see that others are having the same problem. Can you fix this please as I need to be able to see my cameras.
There is a problem with the app and I think it happend with the last update . When u log on it keeps kicking u off but if u delete the app and reinstall it it works fine once u log back in . But when u active last memory the app kicked u off . But u can use the app without last memory hope that helps some of u
Works well...I see alot of people saying it stops displaying cameras after a while.. I found that u have to re-up date the ip address in settings after reboot or internet interruption..
App was working fine, could view cameras on WiFi and phone network.... all of a sudden can view on home WiFi but can not see on other networks.... what is the point of remote viewing when you can not?? Need to find another app to view cameras now
I think this is the most worthless app on the Internet. Maybe it's going to take you guys months or years to fix this problem that crashes the app immediately after login in.
After the last update the app wont load. It gets to the point of showing my camera veiw and then it stops working. Please fix. Before this update I would have give you 5 stars. Now it dont deserve but 1 if that. Fix this problem and I will give you 5 stars.
I have not been able to register as a new user on the app. I have contacted the developer via the email address supplied with no response from them. This is preventing me from using the camera's I have installed
Terrible. Was working smoothly but stopped. Now it can be used to have remote access or view... Keeps disconnecting.
App is the worse. Few months ago I was fine. Worked without wifi now you can view the cameras when away from home unless your connected to WiFi!!
** bug finally fixed for me. Still have to add each camera every time I start the app but at least its working and I dont have to replace the system. Crashes every single time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, emailed the company and checked all my settings and it still crashes the moment it opens. I have even emailed the developer and nothing. My whole system is useless. Don't waste your time with this camera system. It took weeks to get 10 cameras wired in on a 2 story house.
