It was working previously but now it doesn't work anymore. I bought the camera and now it doesn't work. Please solve the problem.
same problem , cannot view camera on external wifi or mobile data. and the developer did not find any solution . waste of time and money.
I will definitely not recommend this camera as it lagged like hell (even with my wifi at very high speed). My fiber optic is 1G. Also, it keeps on connecting on-line and 10 seconds later, went off line and this can go on for more than 1hour. The image you get is delayed so what kind of camera I this???? Very very disappointed.
This app stop working long back. It is nothing but thrash. Remove it from google store. Alternately try Heden cam, it works for me.
I have problem to connect it. The cctv+pir have difficulty to connect as the led orange colour keep blinking.
Now can't connect via mobile phone. Please fix it immediately after some many people are complaining.

The server is out of order so no connection for the video flow back to the cam.. ..means POS.
Voice is not realtime and not clear and is breaking not smooth and no detail instruction how to use it when online.
