App is overall OK, but there is horrible delay between time of transaction and time of notification. With my other bank I get a notification while still at the register. Also, it has no useful information on the notification. Just an ultra basic alert saying transaction happened. Needs to say Name of payee, amount, date and be sent more timely. Like my Chase bank app.
i have had this app since they launched it has worked great for years. then out of noplace it stopped working. I called, they reset my account and had me try to log in it didn't work. They had me screen shot the failed, log-in and they said they will work on it. It been a few weeks. The web site works not the app. I hope they fix it. Update: works great again ty
The Y-12 FCU app is a MUST HAVE. Now I don't have to call or go to the C.U. for every little thing! LESS Covid exposure! When I have checks to deposit - or need to know my balance NOW - this app enables me to GET IT DONE QUICKLY; whether I'm in my PJ's on the couch, or standing in line at Dollywood! Too many features to list, but this app has everything I need, and MORE. I still get giddy every time I open this app, because it saves me gasoline, wear & tear on my vehicle, and yes - TIME!
The app works extremely well. Mobile deposit is easy and I have had only one check which did not go through. Very functional and easy to use. I do wish popmoney was available through the app, but you can still get there through the site. Great job.
Something is wrong since the last update.. app is slow, won't take my finger print or password, says "limit reached" then if I do get in it takes forever if at all to get into the past transactions. I have deleted and reinstalled 4 times.. galaxy s9 plus... its not my phone!
App has been working fine. I use it daily. But now every time I try to open it the screen goes away. If I uninstall and install it back it will will but the first time I exit and try it again the same thing happens. If you want a 5 star rating from me please fix this issue.
Great app. Ive had great sucess using it from anything from transfering money within my acct to transfering to another persons acct. The only downside is not being able to make an extra payment on a loan w/o it going to insterest instead of principle. That is why i can only give this app 4 stars.
Awesome app and so convenient especially for mobile deposits. I did have a problem and the app quit working recently. I just uninstalled it, then re-installed it. Voila! Its back to working perfectly.
this is the worst app I have ever used. i guess being user friendly isn't an option for this company. why is it you have to jump through way to many loops just to make a payment. I guess I'll just call them everytime a payment is due
The app is very convient and complete. All the information you need to do almost all of your banking business right here. The security is second to none and I'm extreamly pleased with the credit union and the app.
Easy to navigate through and able to do everything I need. Depositing a check is very simple and the money is there as soon as I click the button. You can apply for loans, transfer money, and its very simple to pay my loan that I have through Y-12.Very pleased! 💳💰
It's a goid app, but it is inconvenient that you are required to sign in twice if you wish to switch from the mobile app to the full website while using the mobile app. It would be better to offer access to the full website or mobile app at the onset of accessing Y12FCU
Easy to set up easy to use everything about my accounts and payments are easily accessible plenty of options a very convenient and time saving app also I have really enjoyed my banking experience with y-12 online and in person

Love this app. I have been standing in line at the cash register more than once and realized I forgot to transfer money 💰. With the app it's quick and easy to transfer and not have to drive to a branch office. Awesome 👍

This app is super convenient for transferring money or checking accounts. I would give 5 stars if there was a notification when money was added or withdrawn from my account.

App is amazing the constant -30$ for a 1$ in the negative is quite inhumane you all should definitely work on your courtesy pay fee's. Again 1$ in the neagtive should not become -31$ highly disappointed in the courtesy pay fee but all around the app in itself is amazing.
Since the last update, i can't even sign in. The app continuously crashes. Tried reinstall, clearing data, still nothing.
Well I don't know if it's because I forgot my password but it's really upset me that I can't get back into my account to see how much money I have two of my balance is so I'm a little upset with Y-12 right now other than that my regular banking every month has been wonderful I've been with them since 1993 but this app stuff they make it a little too difficult to even check my balance online I'm computer illiterate and I hate this
I like the on line options, they are really handy, some of the people are nice some not so nice, but you. Can have that in every work place, it is a good bank.
I have installed and uninstalled at least 8 times and it has never worked. It doesn't even make it to the sign in page. It just tells me Y12 app has stopped working
Very easy to navigate an use.. awesome to pay bills an keep an eye on your account, an talk to a someone about loans.
Very useful and it does everything I need. Never had a problem from the App. If I have ever had a problem with other things, they are easy to get a hold of. Y-12 and the App. have always taken care of my banking needs.
App works great! When doing online banking I can't find or locate my account number which is really frustrating and the customer service reps not helpful at all!! All I needed was steps to locate my account number which is needed somewhere urgently but being on the weekend I have to wait till Monday to go to the bank in person.
Fantastic! Everything I need at my fingertips. An no I dont work for them or am I affiliated in any way with either. Im just really pleased with this app and its setup. I can view a quick balance at a push of a button without a password, an that alone makes it worth a great review. Had a few issues in the beginning with setup or what not but I received excellent customer support and we resolved it quickly. Ever since.... not one problem. 5 STARS ALL DAY! Apps perfect for what I need atleast.
