I ordered twice through this app.. the delivery has always been pain in *** because the delivery takes more than 2 hours to reach even after order plave is within 2kms. The delivery guys are untrained, unfamiliar with locations and irresponsible. Customer care was responsive but had no solution for it.

All restaurants have a time when they should open but when you look at that time it is still closed till the next day useless app many restaurants are open but not in this app if I use thuisbezorgd or hebtrek I can order but through this app everything is closed

Delivery timing is very bad. You have to wait for 1 and half hour to pick up your order and as I order veg noodles from a restaurant and they deliver non veg noodles also they deliver bad quality food..
