After I change phone, the app no longer can work. What happened to all the points I've accumulate?

Got logged out after the latest update. Auto location does not work even I given permission to the app. Even manual selection of location is not working well, as got to "save" instead of just selecting the correct location. (Most of the 5* reviews are hilarious and highly sus. All conveniently posted on same dates. Go figure.)

Weird experience. Since I've chosen to sign up using FB, why would I still need to enter my email during sign up? Also, "order ahead" feature is not available when i was trying to order at Funan mall.

Hi the app doesnt allow me to enter my payment method. Tried all cards (debit and credit) however all declined. Please help

After the update, im logged out and unable to check my previous records. My points are all gone and lost as well. Does the update come with migration of data? The app has no payment method or account tied to it now. Support page doesnt work as well. Please get better programmers. Before rolling out an overhaul update, please at least let the user know in advance. The store location also doesnt auto save anymore. From a simple app experience to a chaotic one. So much for a loyalty app??

Doesn't allow me to properly read the notification in details in the app when there's a pop-up alert.

Queer... the app requires consent to privacy policy and T&C but there is no link to these items. I do believe that absence of availability of these information should mean that any agreement is invalid.

App has been crashing for over a week while trying to automatically locate nearest stores. Very frustrating, especially since there was a push notification that mentioned an update to help with the current bugs, but when I went to the play store, there was no such update or bug fix

Like the numerous users who have reviewed this buggy app, my app keeps shutting down when I try to search store locations. Apparently the problem has existed for a few months so please don't say the issue is "from time to time". There is no new update to the app despite me receiving a notification that tells me to download one. Such a poorly designed app.

Location is not working, every time I had to choose the location manually in order to make order.

Why do you need camera in the home screen? In Android 12, the camera Indicator blinks on the top right when we are in home screen. Why do you need camera permission here?

This is too good. I'm addicted. I should cook more. I can't help it. Too many awesome options that, for a few dollars more, get delivered? Unbelievable. Plus, I can order stuff my kids like from one place while getting reasonably healthy options for myself from another.

As most people have already reviewed, the updated version logged many users out of their own account. And it seems that there is simply no way to retrieve the account back. You will be better off using PayWave methods to make payment. Anyway the points system is ridiculously hard to achieve. Poor UX/UI on the whole.

Have been using the app for > 1yr smoothly until recently i was not able to make any order via app. The staff mentioned that there was an issue with my card. Tried to amend/delete the card details but failed. Reinstalled app but still failed. Ya kun staff said to contact bank instead...but there was no changes to my card so far...such a pity that i cant collect my points!

The app does its job but is not user intuitive or friendly. Tried to pay and had issues. You also need alot of points to redeem something. Overall both the app and program is bad and neither have been updated since it was launched which is the real disappointment.

I've found that this app is not only efficient and easy to use but the customer service and accuracy of orders delivered is bar far the best I've ever experienced among the others I've tried (and I've used several other delivery apps over the last year or 2 quite frequently due to immobility fro...

This is a useless app. Pretends to offer the $0.80 promotional price, but when downloaded, this is not reflected. I still had to pay the full price. Wrote to them and had many unhelpful remarks like it wasn't my first purchase using the app, when it absolutely was!

Tried to use the app for the 1st time today for getting the promo $0.80 deal but was transaction was not able to get through at the counter. Just don't understand what's so difficult or what's wrong with the apps. Ends up paying full price for the coffee as it didn't work and jamming up the queue

Disappointed. Since early September, I was unable to sign in. After I keyed in my ID and password, the system said "Invalid signature (predated)". I clicked "Forgot password?". Yakun sent me an email with a link. I used the link to change my password. Then, I tried to sign in the application again. After keying in my ID and new password, the same message "Invalid signature (predated)" appeared. I checked everywhere in the application, there was no phone number for me to call and enquire.

The app is unable to detect location (yes locater is on), if you were to choose a location, it shuts down. Its been like this since the update in September or early October. No rewards for the loyal

Was trying to make payment using the Ya Kun app (that have been using all the while), when I discovered that the app actually logout and does not allow me to login with the password update required message. What is happening? This have never happen before. Have already sent an email.

Tried to add 5 different credit cards and none of them can be added. UI and message is confusing, what is "Leave"?? Did this app go through a close and open beta before rolling out to public? Would be expecting Payment to show my payment history and not add payment methods. Add payment should not even be accessible from main menu because this feature is only accessed after which u access rarely or once in a while.

This has become my absolutely favorite app! Not only does it pull up only restaurants in my area that will deliver to me, it keeps me absolutely posted every step of the way! And through this I also discover places to eat near where I live that I probably wouldn't otherwise go to.

The recent update to add payment is problematic - after adding cards, I am unable to delete the cards. Pls fix it. Other than this recent issue, the ap has been straight forward and easy to use! Thanks!

Why must put in credit card. So complicated. Want to give discount/promotion. Pls learn from toast box

The app doesn't even work. Adding payment method takes forever and no response.. ordering through the counter is much faster.

Yakun app is unstable and not idiot proof. Paid for my 1-for-1drink but cannot claim it at 100am as it is not listed under their list of outlets. App's map always show I am in Africa where I never been there. Finally, I called DBS to reject and withdraw my credit card payment since I cannot get my drink. If every F&B establishment generate their own apps, our mobile device will be full of apps. It will be a big problem when we change mobile devices.

Too mediocre. There are lack of payment options. Getting location is buggy. Ordering and paying is too slow. Lack of usability. Please hire a UX researcher.
