The blocked and ignored profiles don't get removed and so there is a lot of confusion. You have to search through whole lot of/ thousands of profiles to search the relevant ones. Total waste of time. It is not my headache to keep writing here and there. I am least interested. There are other much better apps.
Due to lockdown period I haven't received any response from many users, for my premium pack I can view 80 contacts. But I only viewed 30 contacts that too 27 contact on last two days. I have raised a concern to extent my validity for few days. But customer care says no option like that, I have called many times still I haven't received that offer.
App experience is not fluid. Slow and laggy. Dev team could also work on the UI too. Too outdated. Also screen transition some time redirects weirdly, to an incorrect screen.
Its been 5 months i have been using this app and already had 3 month's subscription , during those 3 month's i have never faced any problem but once my 3 months were completed they renewed it without intimation , later we complained about it and got money back.since theni have been using this app without subscription and their customer care people are calling us regularly to get subscription and demanding us unistall app if we don't take subscription , they say us not to use free version ,
Very poor app and very rude representatives. No sense of talking or behavior. Suspended my account just a few days after joining, just because I did not upgrade to paid membership. Greedy people. Other apps are much better. I have no other option, but to delink from this stupid app. Does not deserve even one star. Zero rated.
Very costly. Not appropriate match. Sending false match. App is very slow and hangs up. Apps Not responding and totally duff. Very bad experience.
Had a worst customer experience and a ridiculous service in terms of user interface of the app. I have taken up your gold package but unable to login to the app. Your customer care number is no where on the app and your female advisors are bluff masters who make fool out of people by just conning them by their sweet words. I request you to share your customer service number ASAP.
Easy to wade through many profiles. Because of various type of fees and characterization same profiles are represented which irritates a bit but this is all marketing. This can be avoided. Marriage is a big phenomenon and anyone misses fair choice' by this type of projecting the well paid who will be held responsible? Good thing is knowledge of one who view one's profile. That makes probability of meeting people easily. Overall a good platform to find better and needy choices with ease.
Huge count of old profiles and the UI is not up-to-date, browsing through and filtering profile is a bit tedious compared to other sites Customer service doesn't write back regarding resolution of complaints. i got fed-up with customer service, but one representative named Shyam, has given clear information and pushed my complaints for resolution.
There is no advantage in prime user. Regular users can't contact prime users with gold plan.. They should update to prime then only they can able to contact prime users. There is no downgrade option from prime to regular user. There is no proper support from custormer service side.
If you do not have a subscription, then the company will always call you ,they call again and again..... Once you have subscribed and you need help then you have to call the company again and again ,and they does not respond at all, they are not interested in you now..... and after each unsuccessful unuseful call they always asking for 5 star rating for their app in play store.
Very worst application and fraud help desk people I payed 4900rs to activate some plan but my money debited and payment got failed and when I checked bank they said to me issue with matrimony side only And I checked with matrimony side they were telling one time you will get it and one time money we didn't not receive...... What is this 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡almost 1month completed
Good app search partner. Need to improve login , Before I never face this issue , Now days every time enter username and password , difficult to login.
Ease of use & application functionality.
This is the site as a bag in another bag,means if registered in this app and pay another inner bag asks for free registration,second free bag shows good number of profiles instead of the paid one,One company different titles,don't know which Bag shows right profiles,Marketing exploitation with the name of Cast,region and Religion.
I am using this app, I see no profiles of my preference and premiums are on high side.
Received profile is not matched and app executive doesn't fullfilled his commitment.
Your app is still in 90s I think it takes too much time to open one profile evn on 4G network ...very bad experience loosing my patience

Last update has ruined user experience , have to login every time when ever I open the application.
In this matrimony, watsapp was not working.And sometimes we didn't get any notifications .
Useless , plz don't waste your money.. Worse expereince i have ever get.. never trapped in this matrimony app. Try another one , but not this one , this is reduculous. Complete waste of money & time . I did a mistake but whoever is watching my review , please you shouldn't repeat the same ...
