It took forever for the app to download. What is the point of having mobile banking if you can't use it.

Won't let you log in. Ask you all these security questions then tells me I have an invalid ID or password when then are correct
Had before had to reinstall now says invalid url
This app is no good. You cant look past several dates like the other bank app. I am so disappointed. I use this app all the time make it better...😠😠😠😠

App won't come up on screen to stay there, how do I do that?
Can't use the check deposit part of it. My company doesn't do direct deposit so I have to take a longer lunch to go do a deposit.
It won't let me log on, keeps booting me back to the playstore. Frustrating!

Tried for three hours. Answered all questions correctly. Said it didn't have enough info to confirm my ID. May switch banks.
I am disappointed with the customer service representative at corporate offices total disruption. And that never helped with the app....
I've not been able to use this App for over a year. When I called and asked the bank for assistance, they told me to delete the app and reload it onto my phone. Have done that three times now and it still won't work!

I loved Yadkin Bank and their Android app with the great bill pay. Now they're owned by First National Bank who like Bank of America are just big and corrupt ! I will be looking once again for a local small bank to do my business with.
