Been a solid app for me personally, depositing checks and all that is so much easier with the electronic deposit. I did have an issue when trying to use the app on a new phone after I had transferred apps for an automatic download, the app would give me errors but easy solution was to delete the app and redownload it

*UPDATE* I recently just tried yet again to try and reinstall the app on my new s22 ultra....and IT WORKS! So happy now thank you!.... I really depend on the app to do quick transfers between accounts and balance checks. Its hard for me to make it to the bank since I'm a truck driver

After using the mobile app for years, suddenly I cannot login. Called the 800 number and tech wasn't able to help. Said they had a recent update and to uninstall and reinstall the new update. I did that and still cannot open the app. I am panicking because I need to make a mobile deposit from 2000 miles away!

Works great for me. Easy access to my accounts so I do not have to worry about trying to get to the bank, as I am a night shift worker, and usually have to goto bed around 11am. My only suggestion is that they should sent out an alert, via the app, as to when a scheduled maintenance was going to occur and how long it will last, so we know when the apps access to the bank will be affected. If it's a bit annoying when you need to log into to check your account, and cannot because of maintenance.

I used this app frequently until it stopped working. Since updating my Pixel 3 to Android 12 several months ago, I have been unable to open the app. Clearing the cache / reinstalling the app did not help. Edit: An update fixed the app. Thanks devs.

Easy to use, and does the job. It stopped working for while, but the update fixed it. Now it only doesn't work if I have USB debugging on, which I guess isn't a big deal. Besides that I haven't had trouble.

I love the instant balance as well as the customer service when I forget my password! Excellent app

This app has never given me a problem until I got the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Now it's just the white loading screen and never gets passed that. Phone is not in debugging. Hopefully they fix this soon, I use this app daily.

The instant balance addition is a good start. It's still a bit clunky but works and seems stable. I'd like to get a full service app with chat, loan application. My update: I've been using this app reliably for a few years. It's still not the most option laden but very consistent and reliable. I very much appreciate it and depend on it. I've had to re download this app multiple times and everytime I try to open the app it just shows a white screen and doesn't let me log on... it's been doing this for the past few weeks now

This used to be great app. I purchased new phone, the s22, and now it won't work. App just sits large white screen with small circle in the middle. And goes nowhere.

Started off good was very happy, but lately I've been getting no network problems. It reads "You do not have network connectivity please check your connection and try again". I am connected to my network & have disconnected & re connected to the network with no success, it's very frustrating. App still doesn't work at all on other phone shows not responding🤨

Ok. The endless errors seem to have gone away. However it also seems they have been replaced with endless 2 step verification. Almost every time I log in. Wish I could opt out of that.

A month or more ago I tried using this app. The pages did not enable properly with my phone. The menus to enter letters and numbers did not pop up. Also no help windows opened to show helpful formats to enter the requested fields. I was planning to uninstall the app. But today when I used the app everyrhing worked as expected.

I used to like this app, but lately I have been having trouble even opening it. It crashes before it even starts. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting the app and reinstalling it, but no luck.

I used to use this app all the time and loved it. I now haven't gotten it to work at all!!! Nothing. Won't even go to login.

Don't bother with this. Very inconsistent on deposits, doesnt work most of the time to photograph a check & deposit. I can have 2 identical checks & it works for one but not the other & call in customer service is worthless. would give 0 stars if possible.

Has not worked. Every time I try to enroll I get to the "Additional Verification" page and the page is blank. when I push the button to continue, it tells me that my enrollment session has ended. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I cannot use this app.

Works great, except that I use my finger print for security and to log in, howeverif I try to transfer money, it suddenly asks me for my password which I don't remember. Then, I can't continue my business until I get home and find my password. What's the use of having a mobile app if you can't use it to transfer money? Reply to editor below. Not trying to be flippant, but I don't know how easy it is to make phony finger prints..I don't know , maybe it is?

App would not work on pixel 6 or s22 tried uninstalling reinstalling and updates nothing works just white loading screen

App works well. I can deposit checks and transfer funds easily.

Wants to send you a verification txt every other use then when you opt out for no txt it just won't let you log in at all. What is the point of having app if you have to jump threw 5 different hopes to get to one place?

Never works right ! Constantly crashes and makes me put in codes it sends through texts. Whoever built this app should hire someone who actually can make apps.

I Have been using the app for about a year now and I like it a lot. Saves me time and the trouble of going to the bank to make transfers to and from accounts. Recommend that you give it a try. Updated 11/28/21 The app works well with Android 12. Nice job and thank you.

Moved out of state over a year ago, and was no longer able to make deposits. Now with the app I can make Mobil check deposits. I love it! :)

I have used this for years. It's convenient and easy. On 9/18 after an update I have been unable to open the app. It says Yakima Federal App has stopped working. My family member has it and theirs is working fine. ?

I've been trying to update this for hours and then it doesn't it goes back to install what is going on I need my online banking that's about how I do my banking I don't want to go to the bank and do all this when I have online banking so you updated it and it's worse than the one I had before I never had problems with the one I had before this is not good at all is wasting my time this is like the fourth time I tried to update it and it goes back to install
