Have being using the locker app for two years. It never receive a significant update or new features: multi user accounts, battery level indicator, Google home integration, nothing. It's pathetic. More than that: interface is slow, notifications don't have signifitative name (you have to open one by one), the app don't use biometric to authenticate, notifications time don't respect timezone, it's a mess. I will avoid using Yale in the feature because of the app, the locker itself is awesome.
Worst app ever. Language did not match my region. Instructions included with wifi module did not correspond correctly to app. App totally failed to setup lock. Unbelievable that this is a Yale product. Worthy of 0, that's zero stars.
After the update my guest can't open the locks using the app, I obviously give them access with code and app with the admin user.
So I cannot connect the lock to it's own hub. I wanted that feature in order to notify me when my door was unlocked and by whom. I clicked on the wifi button but the wheel just keeps spinning on the app. One customer service referred me to another and so on. No resolution so far.
I'm unable to register an account on the app. It keeps requesting that I check my internet connection and try again even though my Wi-Fi and data are both at full bars. Very frustrating. I was hoping to use this app to connect to my new Gateman.
The CONNECT Wifi bridge setup does NOT work on Android 11, it only works on IOS. I spent hours trying to setup the CONNECT on Android without success. Luckily, a friend let me try on his iPhone and the the setup process worked right away on IOS. 1 star for Android. 5 star for IOS
Tech guy, thought everyone else neg reviews had to be wrong. Nope, they were not. The connected locks are awful. I can't even figure out what lock goes to what app if at all. The network functionality I found doesn't match how people use these locks. Yale seems to make great locks but missed the target badly on network connected locks, support, etc. Will they make it to year 2040 for their 300th anniversary???
This is a nightmare. For what I paid for this lock, I should be able to register on the app. "An error ocurred executing this operation. Please check your internet connection and try again." My internet connection is fine as I am able to leave this poor review.
Rediculous hoops to jump through before you can use the app, sign up, read newsletter, confirm account. Its been 12 hours and confirmation email never arrives. Then they tell you need to contact customer service to get the confirmation and wait on hold 45 minutes for them to tell you call back later.
I agree it says i have a network error when trying to create an account. Can't get past the first screen to see of it is any good.
Keeps closing constantly while trying to set up a hub. It's awful.

Great physical device but worse app EVER. Cant get it to be recognized by my Smartthings hub or Google Home.
Started off in English, then the app became Spanish only.
The app can't be installed in a Google pixel 3 running Android 12 :-/ Really disappointing

Not working. Says my internet connection is bad. Not true.
It says I am not connected to the internet so it will not finish creating my account.
Says it's for Yale smart locks but it only will let you add a Yale hub or a Yale safe.
There is no one you can talk to you can either send an email for a web chat that you cannot call them
Would not allow to join as mentioned by others contunues to ask check internet, you have issues with registration Yale support

User unfriendly. Cannot figure out how to change notification address. Lost the screen icon and cannot figure out how to get it back. The whole thing has been a nightmare.
