The app totally did not alert me about doorbell presses or detected motions. Also totally had no support from the after sales team. Only mentioned their server was unstable and had the cheek to ask me to switch to other of their products. I would give 0 stars I I could. Don't ever get products from Yale. You may never know when you will lose all support to a product which is highly dependant on the manufacturer's servers. First and last time that I'll buy an IOT product from Yale.
Worst app ever. First it is unreliable and then it becomes unusable. Always claim that there is a sever maintenance and the app will connect to nothing. They should have recall all devices because it doesn't work.
Day time quality is fair enough but to record just 3 secs, is outrageous. Night time quality is nothing to write home about. Video is as dark as hell! Audio quality is child's play. My money is gone, trying to save to buy something better.
A serious time lag between the the notification and actual motion, over 20 notification from outdated motion pop up at Hong Kong time 6 am almost every day. It also encounter a service downtime (what the CS guys call server maintenance) almost every two weeks a month. I wish that I could watch all the previews comment before buying this trash.
Useless. Worked for a year then didnt work. Tried to reset but message said internal server error. Then contacted customer service with no response
worked fine for few months from Jul2019, and cant connect to server for few weeks already since Nov2019. and they said server maintence and upgrade, but upto today(8Feb2020), still not working.... even cant preview anything!
Useless app. Doesn't give notification on android phone and at times does not show the latest image captured.
Pls update this software. Last update was in 2017??? Thought yale was a good n reliable brand. Hard setup....no notification, laggging. YALE DO SOMETHING.. DUN KEEEP ASKING PPL TO CALL YR HOTLINE!!!
Totally waist of money, don't buy it!!! it doesn't connect to cellphone or other devices, I will never recommend to anybody.
The Yale look server down again... please restore the server. Did a reset on the unit but I am now unable to link back to server. Why is the server always down!!!
It is a scam product, do not provide service as per description. Already requested for compensation from Yale Malaysia and getting a half pay of the product. Buying the product is like literally paying half of the price for a normal door viewer.
Won't connect to the internet. I'm definitely on a 2.4 like it wants. Calling support didn't help
Worst app ever, it consistently stays on the "step 1 out of 4" and that's it. Soo frustrating
too difficult to get it connect to mobile. will not recommend this to other people.
Terrible app... Lots of bug and errors which seems to never been solved.
update....it connects only to OLD PHONES I TRIED A SAMSUNG 6 FROM YRS AGO IT CONNECT NO IM NOT USING A OLDASS PHONE PLEASE UPDATE FOR NEWER PHONE NOW like it shows up on phone as there but wont connect..they told me they call back 5to10 minutes no call back the guy didnt know what to do or he know this product would not work on new phones from late 2017 that why no update to ap dont reply to tell me call your 800 number I've done it time &again noone knows what to do so people dont buy product

Take is poor in terms of support. Promise-customer is not achieved, and at end We, the ones who bought it, are stuck with an useless product.

Keep going out of sync. The last videos I can see are from 2 days ago. Get notifications that motion is detected and although I accessed the app immediately it tells me I answered too late. I can't answer new notifications and I can only review the videos 2 days later. I'd bet tech support will ask me to reset and reconfigure the device. What good is a devices that only works if you reset and reconfigure it regularly?
