Really good app. Video streaming works great and adding a new camera is quite straightforward. Lots of customisation options for the all in one camera at least (not tried anything else). The only thing missing is an option to disable the IR camera at night which would be very helpful for cameras positioned inside a window.

I like this app and when you find your way around it, it's very good, but most apps that is an issue. I can't for the life of me think why app developers don't include a video or a YouTube video of all the app features. I found one feature which was really useful...essential I'd say, but couldn't find it again, until a week later! It's old age I know, but older people do use technology you know! They just need more help.

* Update from my previous comment below. Having done what was advised I'm pleased with the customisation for additional users. My only downside right now is there doesn't seem to be a 'Dark Mode' the white is just too much and looks dated. You can only be logged in via one device at any one time. Rendering this app almost pointless. My old Swann CCTV would allow several.

The new app looks good, it's a massive improvement on the previous version, however there are a few issues. A massive issue is, I no longer get any messages in the 'Message' section of the app. In the Message section, it shows all the channels, and it even shows the red dot with the notification count, but when you tap on the channel to see the individual notifications (and critically, the times), it says 'No messages'. This used to show a full list. If I have an 8 channel CCTV system, but only have 4 cameras, how do I remove channels from the app. It's annoying seeing the extra 4 channels there for no reason.

The cameras, despite the blurb, where a pain to link to the app. However, once this task was finally completed they work very well. Update. To the app designers, please make it easier to set motion detection. That is the point of the cameras and it's way too complicated. I keep forgetting how to do it.

Notifications do not work which makes the whole thing seem fairly pointless. Edit - the app has recently been updated and now works really well. Notifications actually now DO work as they are supposed to. The interface still seems a little dated but overall experience is good. Glad the app is still being developed/worked on.

A lot of room for improvement. Only one person can be logged in at a time which is extremely frustrating. Makes me wish we never bought it. Good picture and easy to install but when viewing footage back, it always jumps or skips back to the beginning. Footage takes forever to load or save if needed.

9 months on from installation . It's okay but I was expecting more. If your away, relying on an email or text to notify you of an intrusion is useless. I've tried on numerous occasions to set the time to the correct time but it just keeps on defaulting back , so at the moment it's 19.43 but the time on my Yale view camera app is 07.43?? Any help on this would be grateful received

when are you guys going to sort out the play back on mobile devices so you can see the clip of motion activation as you go to watch it play back and it skips past the actual footage you want to see. it's been about a year when I asked this question and you said you will be fixing this issue soon??? it's now over a month and no updates have been done to resolve this problem when will you be fixing this issue Thanks

App records movement and tells you what time but then takes you to the live camera when you click the event so you have to manually scroll to that time to see what happened. To make things worse the scrolling is really hard to control even at its most zoomed in. Not a good experience at all from such a big company. If this stuff ever gets fixed I will revise my review but for now it is not great.

Same issue as many others good when they work but they take forever to load. Sometimes they notify you and sometimes they don't it's hit and miss. No matter what connection I use the cameras load eventually but by the time the camera loads the postman or could be worse burglar has long gone you then have to go to history record to find out what it was. The quality of the cameras are very good and they do notify you but there seems to be a few seconds delay sometimes.The loading speed is too slow

**Updated Review**. App was easy to set up and link to the system also set up wife's shared account now easy thanks for the help in the reply! I do get mixed alerts from the motion detection sometimes alerted for small things but not people but most likely just ironing out the settings ect. Push notifications don't seem to always load but that could be down to my device or connection quality but on the whole no issues with either the system or app. Thanks for the help!

Since the update I can no longer always view what was stored previously. and when I can I click on a previous time and it jumps forward an hour. very frustrating. Tried to review last night's footage and there was no record. However when look at footage on system hard drive it is present. Why.

Sadly since the 'upgrade' I keep getting messages telling me that the storage on each of my camera's I corrupt but when I check they're all fine! One maybe, but all of them? There's an old adage 'if it ain't broke. Don't fix it' I wish software and app designers would consider this before forcibly upgrading everyone without thorough testing!

This video camera and app works brilliantly. I can keep an eye on my 86 year old mum although I'm 100 miles away from her. I did have problems setting it up but I think that was down to my limited technical knowlege, but I persevered and its been up and running for about 6 months with no problems. The picture is amazing and I would recommend it.....but I am no whizz kid on the computer.... Just want to keep a look out for my old mum ;-)
