This app need research for the name of places on case someone doesn't know about the maps or directions And it's need a wallet for saving money in case the captain take less or more
It's shutdown when ever I try to open it, I remove it and install it again but it's still the same.
very good app, but the problem it's not supported by Google maps, where drivers some times may face problems.
Easy and convenient to use, it's downside is the major one, it takes about 2 minutes at least to get a driver and 10 minutes at least for the driver to where I am, so, it takes too long time which make it almost useless.
Very bad app, no code has been sent, waited for days without any code
Thanks to this company I was 15mins late for an exam, not only did the captain never showed up, but here's what the customer service representative said: "we're sorry on behalf of our driver, he had an emergency and couldn't make it" ofc this happened after 20mins after the time I set, and to top it, the customer service representative said that "you can book another trip through the app" instead of offering any kind of amendment!!! Worse taxi booking app EVER!
This is a very good app. Very easy to use, and not that expensive. Drivers don't take long to arrive, and its safer than taxi's considering you have the drivers details...
Was a very good choice, despite the schemes the drives try occasionally. But now, the service is below average and the prices are abnormal to say the least.
I had to remove the app from phone and now i can't activate it, not receiving code sms. Tech support tried to help but no use. So disappointed because i used to depend on the app alot

How comes booking a taxi through your app is 5 times more expensive than normal fare, you definitely need to work on that..
Easy to use app .. drivers don't take much time to arrive and u can trust using it to get a ride late at night better than riding a taxi cuz u have the driver details
Previous way of showing maps was much more better than new one... Zooming option was great in old version 👎

The new User interface, is uneasy to use and made using the app difficult, i had to revert to an older version to be able to use yallago again.

Worst service ever, drivers are hard headed and tends to follow their own roads rather than the road wanted by me. Complain about the prices when you pay them
I downloaded the app and for 3 days now I am trying to get the code required to activate the account I tried more than 50 times still nothing no messages abd no calls
good service, but the driver sometimes ask for extra cash.
It's a bad app, It's take a lot of time to get the verification code
this app is working in Damascus while it doesn't work in other cities, another thing nothing clear how to pay , I don't know why we can't use google pay
Good app in general but this new update prices is abnormal, ordering a taxi in calls is now like 40% cheaper than yallago

Great but expensive
The app is good but it needs some improvement such as a wallet that gathers the remaining amount of the trip and an option for the customer to decide whether they will tip it to the driver or leave it in the wallet for future rides, also an option to evaluate the driver is good also. Besides I booked the same destination two times each time I had a different fare! How is that possible
