This app was good enough that I had to take the time to leave the first review I've made for an app. Obviously there are no ads, so that's nice. The UI is easy to understand and gives you a multitude of options to choose from. The selection of products is fairly large and varied. The process of buying and ordering things is easy. (Part of the UI I guess) Most impressive of all was the customer service, though. I emailed them on the weekend and got a response by eight o'clock Monday. Great team!

App is mediocre. Their shipping speeds on the app are wrong. "Local express" is not really express. The search function kind of works. It's hard to find specific brands. The app is always out of stock of a lot of things. The restock alerts don't always work. Some parts of the app are Chinese language only, like the reviews, the community page, and some product listings.

The app has various asian snacks and food from all over Asia that I really enjoy. They always have deals and you can win coupons on the spin wheel. I think the only problem I had with them is that some of my items were not in date, but other than that everything was great and even the delivery was fast.

Great service easy to look for what you want, I ordered a box of 28 cans of coffee and they arrived pretty beat up but im going to blame that one on myself for ordering nothing but round cans. Either way the cans were only dented none were leaking or broken open. If anything just a bit more padding in the packaging department would be great but overall the shipping is low cost so I was still satisfied.

Even though they can be more expensive than websites like "OMGJAPAN" they will give free shipping when order over $49 which in the end will become cheaper because other websites want $50+ for shipping. I ordered on April 10th and they promised package on April 17-19. I got it on the 17th ^_^ Their packaging is very safe and items not damaged. Only downside is that there is no tracking.

Lots of variety and lots of fun exploring and buying. I found the search engine brought me to even more selections. I will be back.

I'm a big fan of this app, a coworker recommended it to me because of its low prices and they were right. it's easy to navigate and easy to use. there's also plenty of discount codes to use.

My only problem with the app is the tracking of packages. Took me 20 minutes to figure it out. You should be able to get updates from the app in one push of a button. Otherwise a great app.

Difficult to navigate search function strange. Long wait for support. Pricing and selection not competitive, unless you live in a city without asian market

Good selection of snacks, household items and even skin care. Everything ships and arrives vary fast too.

They said they has an “ai” to review the orders. My order has not passed. I think this was might because i refused to provide location info access to the app. Now I need to provide my ID and my bank card photo to continue my purchase. Nobody is obligated to provide their pravicy to you. 1 star for you.

App could be a bit smoother but easy to use. And a great way to get snacks

The app is really easy to use, a bit more convenient than just searching the website. I only wish you went back to the page you left from when you "go back." The products are great though, clean, well packaged so nothing breaks in transit, reasonably priced, and well within their sell by date.

Works well. Its easy to find an item or a similar items. Lots of filtering options. Plenty of options from food to dish soap. Offers many items at an affordable price that are not super accessible here in the United States. Shipping is reasonable price and is not super slow. Overall, good app, lots of options, good deals, good service. I have already told my friends about it because they have issues getting things here too, so we can get many things we miss.

I also was excited to find a way to order my Chinese son's favorite snacks. The moment I linked it with my Google account everything reverts to Chinese and duplicates the order, and suddenly the cost (even when you fix the order quantity), is quite a bit more. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3x, to no avail.. This is a major glitch that needs to be fixed. Please do so, as I'd love to actually use this service but I do not speak or read in Chinese. Also, I don't want the price gouging.

At first it lets you set language to English but change back to Chinese when you sign in? Needs fix please. And do you ship to East cost USA?

I was a little unsure about this app at first. Since most places either charge alot for products or take forever to deliver. I was wrong. This is an awesome app. Everything is nicely priced and shipping is expensive either especially if you spend a certain amount. The deliver time wasnt bad either. I got my order about a week and half after i ordered it which was great! I will definitely be using this app more often to get snacks i cant get near me very easily.

Good app. But a lot of stuff always out of stock. If you've got a order with 5 different things. 1-3 will always be out of stock. So you might wait until everything is there before you order but something else will go out of stock when something else comes back IN stock. Very annoying if you're trying to save on shipping or take advantage of the minimum free shipping you have to spend.

Been using this app for a while and they always have Quality Japanese Merchandise in stock and is honestly more worth it than most to all Japanese Subscription Boxes where the items can be a Disappointing Mystery.

This is super convenient when you don't want to drag yourself to the Chinese supermarket to get a few things you need. It also has the option to ship some of the goodies directly from China, Japan or Korea, a much pricer option, but worth it when you have the special craving and can't make a trip back! I noticed they don't really sell items in more economic/bulk sizes I guess I understand the shipping aspect of things, it would be nice to have the bulk sizes for rice, soy sauce.etc...
