Yandex Browser Beta

I would like to know how to enable auto translation on an extension (like Feedbro) I installed. It happened once and it disappeared when I reinstalled the browser. Although activated, auto translation does not work on the extension I installed, it only works on pages opened in browser.

I find the Zen feature this apps weakness. It creates lag when you open the app or try to use search bar when app first opens. It's just clutter. With out it, the screen is still rather small on the main page before opening a tab. I don't know how other versions work, Apkmirror has a few, so this only applies to Play Store version for a Google Pixel 3a XL. But I like this browser and it's my number 2.

Zen is not working. I very much like it. It shows blank white and just weather widget is visible! I tried uninstalling and clear data but again it is the same. Blank white page with no zen news. I also tried using VPN or disabling custom dns but zen news still does not work...

Which extension do actually supports in this browser, I tried downloading extensions from chrome store but they are showing not supported. one example would be adblock plus

The new version's theme setting is not working. When reopen the app, the theme will reset to the light no matter what theme setting is

Hi, I noticed that there are behavior differences between running on an Android phone and on a tablet. In particular, incognito mode is only available for the former. So I'd like to know if it is possible to manually switch to phone mode on a tablet. Actually, these days the two types of devices are quite similar enough. Thanks for the ability to be able to run multiple versions and the ability to install Chrome Web Extensions. You are life savers!

It's not a bad browser overall, but I don't like some decisions the devs have made. When you first launch it the main page is horribly cluttered, fortunately you can get rid of most things from the settings. No direct access to the bookmarks (if more than 1 tab is open) other that searching for them, and it's impossible to organize them in folders as well... the dark mode working only on UI, but not on the web pages, the ad block is pretty much useless.

Has good features but it needs improvement. Not all the items on the homepage are consistently labled. some links are clear and easy to understand where others are labled with "DESCR_..." the voice search feature doesn't work as it speaks another language and there could be a night mode with accessibility features in the accessibility section.

Powerful and visually appealing browser. Contains a bunch of interesting features (such as saving pages to PDF or a "return back to browser" overlay if opening links in external apps). One of the few browsers that does cross-device sync in a usable manner. Very fast and friendly support (something I hardly experience especially with larger entities on Play Store). Most of the Yandex offers possibly could do with some polish for non-Russian language speakers but that's another thing and not really related to the browser. Recommended.

Hello, good day please, why is the dark mode removed? I couldn't find it anymore from my Z fold 3. And please how can we get news feeds in our supported language cos I'm not Russia.

Really love the browser. I switched from Chrome to Yandex and it was definitely worth it. Two suggestions if I may: 1. Please add the "pointing down arrow" not only beside the suggestions that appears on the omnibar but also beside the historical URLs. This will help enormously as it will not need us to write the full url before seeing the inner pages suggested. 2. Improve the feature that let us write few letters in the URL to receive the suggestion. Thanks.

I love your keyboard !!!!!! But the browser i don't like the bottom bar ... When you have buttons on the bottom and your looking at pics or other apps with bottom buttons with the home and back buttons that's three sets of buttons in one spot .....no i don't have the time past a review its simple ... You need to make the bottom search bar adjustable and when you do ill be back 1000 percent ! :) thanks and stay safe :)

Zen feed not showing when opening app but still a great browser

Really the best browser app I have tried on android, very well put together UI easy to navigate, I really emphasis security and feeling protected, no issues, lots of features, fast reliable, try for your self and see. I really feel secure using this browser although thinking you have total privacy is equivalent to believing in unicorns.... JUST TRY IT AND SEE YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Keep getting "Your connection was interrupted" error message when clicking on links, or when clicking For extension developers in Settings menu. After about 30 seconds then the page populates... Very annoying. Tried the same links in other browsers and dont get that error message. The page loads properly.

This brower and all other apps of this company is stealing personal data.... I have noticed unknown activity in my personal account, emails etc.... After deleting these apps, it stopped unknown activities in my all accounts which i used on this brower.... STAY ALERT ..

Great app! It has extensions and many more. I like that it has a desktop and mobile version, easy access to my researches, and it's really useful for my projects, works, and everything. Thanks for the continuous improvement of the app!

There's no option to disable recommendation/news feed Please add option to disable recommendation just like previous version

You guys should develop your own video player. In the video player you should include volume and brightness onscreen controls. You can add an option for it to play videos in the background. Also some people might download the video their watching, so you should consider adding a feature to download. I really think people would love this feature.

Bloated; extensions doesn't work properly. Edit: bloated with messenger and other yandex app(lavka etc). If I wanted those things, I would've downloaded those apps. As for extensions I can't access their settings from settings>extensions. Some can be accessed from main menu while visiting a page. But NoScript didn't work even from there.

I just started using it from today. I was using UC browser which is stopped in my country. Few things please input the finger gesture options on the full screen/ Landscape like to increase volume, brightness and to fast forward the movie. Rather than taking pointer from one point to other. Kindly take it into consideration.

I really like the Yandex browser beta app, but as far as it working in "parallel" with other versions of the browser, say Yandex With Protect, Yandex Alpha, Yandex Lite, or the Yandex app, I'm afraid that has Not Been My Experience! Even when signed-in and Sync Enabled, Things Do Not Sync! I honestly do not understand it. The closed circuit, finite "Ethernet" of which I often complain, whether between devices, apps, or accounts, Nothing Syncs! What Gives? Please Advise. Proactive, Please!--R.AW.

Lately, several addons (pop-up blocker, adblocker and reddit enhancement suite) become disabled for some reason. Turning them on fixes the issue for some period of time, but they become disabled again after some time. Weirdly, another addon (video speed controller) is totally unaffected.

Some issues, especially on a Chromebook, but overall I like it. My wife and I use it for our main browser and work and home. edit: On Chromebook there's issues with typeface size and I can't unlock my password list from sync. Both issues have been reported already.

This is one of best browser, and this is my default web browser. I hope yandex will consider to implement the gesture left to go back and right to go forward. Plus a built in video player or at least the ability to play with external video player when watching online video that would be great. Thanks
