Anyone know when and why, but Yandex activated me. I like the app snd the service. )) Below my old review... ---- I didn't expect Yandex to be so bad in customer service. I decided to use their cars sharing back in January 2018. I registered and sent all the needed documents and information. Not answered to wait some hours. Now, middle September 2018 I'm still waiting for an answer. I also tried to contact the service by email: nothing!
Do not bother if you have anything other than a Russian driver's license card. After two weeks of trying, submitting multiple photos, contacting support and sending everything I have, all I get is fresh requests from the bot for repeat pictures. I give up.
The app is great, it has its share of dirty tricks aimed to artificially inflate rental time for which, no doubt, Yandex pays dearly with clients loyalty today and will have to admit and apologise in future. Other than that, it's straightforward, clear, concise and easy to use to earn it 4*. And the 5th star is for the funny texts and descriptions)))
You blocked me! And say u yourself dont know the reasen!!! I called and i send emails, nobody answer!! I use another carsharing app, shame!
The company does not give clear information about the final price of the ride. The prices are not clear, so you can have a surprise after your ride. The prices are higher than on other car sharing companies, but they look cheaper. The cars are dirty, and almost all the time with damages. The app is full of bugs and not working properly. I would not recommend this company.
Yandex Drive should state clearly that they don't allow users with a foreign driving license to register. Otherwise they are just wasting our time. I called the support after the bot asked me to upload my documents 5 times. The operator also did not say a word that my efforts are in vein and I am wasting my time. After a week I was told that the registration was denied but the reason won't be disclosed. WHY? Advice: Use Belkacar, YouDrive, Matreshcar, Delimobil. They accept foreign licenses.
As a foreigner, I can only describe the registration process, as I wasn't allowed to go beyond it. Registration will keep asking you to re-upload files indefinitely. Provided local and international (in Russian) driving license, as well as work visa and permit. Wrote an email, got a response after 2 weeks that I was rejected and not to write anymore. Long story short, foreigners are not accepted by this company (was told by others too). Note that's not the case with other car sharing providers.
God knows what customer service to expect, when the primary registration process is all robots. Pictured my documents several times, and still same thing. Need the picture again. Read in other posts that it might be because of foreign license, but I have Russian one. Not sure if i still wish to provide it anymore.
The only disadvantage is that app supports only Russian language.
Love it! Haven't used any other car sharing service in Moscow, but I don't need to. Always works fine, customer service is great, and in case of things going sideways, they always give you bonus points that you can pay with later. Top notch! 👍
Another useless app. If you don't accept foreigners you should clearly mention it that people won't waste their time on your "service". That's very rude and unprofessional to answer to emails in a week+ give different reasons each time and in the end to say you're rejected and will never use our carsharing. You're not the only carsharing in Russia. And delimobil has no problems with having foreigners as their clients and giving 5*rating. that's how service should work
English language option must also be available on the user interface.Currently only Russian is available. Very difficult to use for foreigners.
Account was blocked based on e-mail auto response (email is only for rides receipts). Phone is fine, money relationships are fine, but email for apps with auto response is not okay 🙄 The app was deleted. - Your algorithm is against your revenue, Yandex
Registration with a foreign driver's license turned out to be impossible. Sadly the app did not tell me about it, after three month of waiting had to call support to find out what the problem is.
this app is written in russian if it was english i would have read that this is for russia not india. since yandex map application shows all countries at it had attachment of 'by carsharing' clicking on which sent me to apple ios yandex drive but i closed that and i serached it in android google play. i thought this app was for all countries but it seems like it isnt. maybe in future you guys will operate in india too? and i have to get a driving license too
Got some troubles with red parking zone inside the blue one. It's so uncomfortable to repark car and change your route, and waste time and money.
"Enjoy" your winter ride - half of cars (Polo, Kaptur, Rapid) are without washing liquid and no declared reserve in trunk. But even if you buy it yourself, not necessarily it will help since spray nozzles also can be broken (experienced on Renault Kaptur with heated engine). And minor details like dirt on bodywork and handles -- nobody washes these cars.
Didn't like swipe. Doesn't work properly. So you try to complete you ride and two minutes later understand that swipe didn't work.
Totally useless for tourists, students or foreigners in general. After contacting their costumer service , they stopped answering me and blocked my account. Very disappointed
After few months of using prices are going HIGH. They hook you up at first, then you decide - overpay for the halfbroken car near you, or walk half an hour to other car sharing service. Additional star for the support though.
for the third week im trying to update driving license but support doesn't really work. still cant use service. belkacar works better. shame on you guys
Funny app. I uploaded all the documents, and they asked a translation to English or Russian, but the documents have English already.
doesnt accept foreign payment credit cards. yandex your competitors have the ability to process 3d payments... but you don't. sad.
It's impossible even to get to registration bot without Russian phone number. But you can figure it out only after creating an account at Yandex.
I'm the Yandex.Drive user from the very beginning. App is easy to use, cars are modern and clean. Special thanks to support team! I had many issues and support ALWAYS was fast, polite and loyal. I wish you success in the further development. Sad to see, that you have application rating only about 4 stars. It's unfair. You are the best! Thank you.
