Yandex. Navigator uses voice prompts to guide you along your way, and displays your route on your device’s screen. Additionally, you can always see how many minutes and kilometers you have to go.You can use your voice to interact with Yandex.Navigator so that you don't have to take your hands off the wheel. Just say "Hey, Yandex" and the app will start listening for your commands. For example, "Hey, Yandex, let's go to 1 Lesnaya Street" or "Hey, Yandex, take me to Domodedovo Airport". You can also let Navigator know about road events you encounter (such as "Hey, Yandex, there is an accident in the right lane") or search for locations on the map (by simply saying "Hey, Yandex, Red Square").Save time by choosing recent destinations from your history. Look through your recent destinations and favorites from any of your devices—they are saved in the cloud and available when and where you need them.Yandex.Navigator will guide you to your destinations in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Turkey.

Unfortunately, lacking in modern customisation and maps. Because it uses outdated GPS and no street view, is not updated with latest changes or street information.
Had some lags in critical moments Edit: the lags appear on the turns Edit 2: it's rather difficult to try capture it by driving a car at the same... But I'll try
In Turkey, Istanbul I don't want to use some tunnels, highways or bridges because they are extremely expensive. For example I want to avoid Avrasya Tunnel in my route calculations. Please add a feature to avoid some tunnels, bridges etc. Google Maps also don't have this feature. If Yandex has this feature, Yandex preferrence rate over Google Maps will increae
very intuitive, love the app, my #1 navigation choice but have some negative feedback: the moment i stop around a sponsored fuel station, it asks me to confirm some privacy agreement, even though i dont want to use it. it is challenging and DANGEROUS to exit this screen while driving. please let us opt out or make it less intrusive. also, a very useful feature would be to let us choose some roads to avoid. i want to ignore an area, as if that area does not exist, so that i can avoid high tolls.
Minus 3 stars for greed. Android auto integration available only for paid subscription. Google maps works without paid subscription.
Awesome. Real time traffic report feels like within 5m of accuracy sometimes. Default language can act weird at times with some menu items stuck in Russian after switching to English. Navigation, route planning and editing and UI & UX in general is a lot better than Google maps though, that's why it deserves 5 stars. Can you add support for custom arrows or at least more options like size and color?
It seems that is a very nice app, sadly for Colombia, it needs to be updated a lot
This app -in Turkey- forces you to use the most expensive highway. It used to show 3 shortest routes, sorted by time. Now default route is the most expensive one where the second best is the most crowded and longest route. The "reasonable", relatively cheaper and relatively crowded highway is not even an option, and pass points on that highway can't be added manually. Switched to other nav apps for that reason.
I am in a process of imposing sanctions on usa software, so I changed google with yandex, and get surprised how better this navigator app works and how mutch more accurate is in my country. Serbia.
Hi, try infusing a real time traffic graphic indicator. The use of colors to indicate light or heavy traffic situation on road.
This is a gorgeous app with high accuracy in some countries in Europe and Asia but literally useless in north America. It shows you off the road when you are in the middle of a highway or it shows you in the middle of a highway when you park in front of your door. I wish you improved functionality for the US and Canada.
The most acurate navigation app I've ever used. So much better than Google maps, at least here in Belgrade (Serbia)
Should be identified as BETA or work in progress ! ! Suburban roads established over 50 years in Melbourne not displayed on map. No map for download available for Australian, Victoria nor Melbourne !
Don't change something that works, every update some things got worst. About the street's name's, you need to do better job about that, don't want to give you coordinates because i have better things to do than filing up your holes in app. When i tried to do that you sent me your mail saying i should write to you etc,etc. There are tons and tons of applications like yours, so copy something from them like street names and some useful function's. I said it before, stick to the basics, trust me.
The app is great, all is pretty good except one thing: the app constantly trying to download oflline maps while Wi-Fi AND mobile data both are turned on and device is outside home Wi-Fi (i.e gets Internet connection only via mobile data). Checkbox "Download offline maps via Wi-Fi only" was checked already. Guys, 500 Mb of mobile data is my limit per month, and it was reached by single map update. Not cool.
This app is amazing!!! It works really good, it works much much much better than Google Maps. It is really fast accurate and has much more amazing options. Just, the thing is that you can't find all the places. So I type in the name of my house and it doesn't show up. But still this app and this company (Yandex Apps) is amazing!!!
For the first ten minutes everythings fine, much smoother and better than google maps. but after ten minutes, the arrow gers stuck. this caused me to miss a lot of turns and exits. might be something wrong with the phone (xperia xz premium), i dont know.
Using every day, and I'm very satisfied. Highly accurate, best with house numbers,.....but. If I set in a car, punch address, app shows directions, start with navigation, but it doesn't know in what direction is my phone looking, mining, I don't know, rather go straight or go back, so always must start driving to see in which direction I am going. 50% chance to make 180 and than go as navi suggests. Maybe app can use compass actively.
Very stable. When we started using the navigator in Sudan/Africa it was really awful, But we worked together with yandex team moderators and built the map from scratch. Now every thing is perfect and we are just waiting for the navigator to calculate the traffic jam and the average speed of streets.
Exceptional performance....a very well designed, flawless operating app, responces are fast, maps are always updated. these are particularly important for me as I am using this software in a over crowded megacity in a third world country, with it's ever changing rules, street directions, maintenance constructions etc.
Requires update in Sweden. Eg. New road near Kämpagränden is not updated. I tried a route to a nearest shopping center, and it calculated a fast route the has lower speed limit of 30km and its a residential area while there is a parallel road with 70km speed shown to take 1 min extra. It will be nice if the developers can do some updates in Sweden as well. Also, the reporting events window should be little easy to navigate.
I've tried almost all maps apps and imo this is just the best! Really nice, smoothy and clean application.
i wish app could be used in android auto/apple carplay as well. Its the best and simpliest navi tool.
Way better than Google Maps. However, it needs some work to be done. It needs to be faster when it comes to navigation on the go. Autozoom should be improved since sometimes it it very hard to made distinction between 2 roads when they are side by side. Please, update the in app Feedback section, it's only available in Russian.
