I was charged twice on all my rides, the last one I was charged 3 times. It was taken from my debit card and when I contacted support multiple times there is no response. FRAUDULENT CHARGES AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I can give zero rating. Edit. Nothing is fixed, double charged again and again, rude drivers. Worst app, worst transport. Edit I have already sent my bank details to the "support" team and they still wanted more transaction details and told me they cant do anything. So nothanku
why the app has been so glitchy from yesterday? constant connection failure, rebooting itself on the go. all other apps are working fine in my phone and the internet connection is stable. overall, it is quite good, but I will use not so glitchy apps.
Your drivers complain they do not get paid from non cash transactions, and demand to change to cash after accepting the order and arriving. please do not hire drivers that are unfamiliar with card transactions. when I couldn't change the payment to cash, he suggested to pay cash as well, or he won't drive. It is horrible service, and this situation is one of many.
I wish I could attach a screenshot of support message here. The fact that support always answers in time is actually good, but the fact that they charge me if: "i wait for the driver, the driver arrives, tells me you have to give me cash, although I have attached my card to yandex, I tell him I have no cash, he tells me to cancel, I cancel, I am charged" is awful. And support refuses to refund me!!!!
What I like most about Yandex Taxi is their customer service. When there is a problem, you can use the chat and the answers are useful and come in fast. They even answer you in English in non-anglophone countries. I am truly inpressed by the quality of their customer service!
My first review was about feature to order 2 rides. It does support this. Second review: There are some fantastic drivers who provide the service but sadly a few scams or issues. A not unusual occurrence is the driver accepts the order and gets close to the client then sends a message to the client saying sorry, i don't go to that destination. The client has to pay the cancellation fee. If you complain to support though they usually refund the fee. Overall it works quite well.4/5
GPS is constantly wrong. The car is here. No it's on the other street. How difficult is finding where you are when you know exactly where I am and the car that's a block away. This is supposed to be convenient and it's not convenient at all half the time.
Everything is working fine except for map. If you are connected to wifi, map doesn't load data. It only works via mobile data and this is disappointing
THEY ARE THEIFS THAT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! I have been trying for over 24 hours to get ahold of them. I have sent 20 messages in the app support, two emails, and one message through their website. The only response I have gotten was after posting a one star review here, their response was an email address. I have emailed now twice, first one being last night and another this morning. Still nothing. The taxi drive picked up the wrong person and I still got charged. I just want a refund.
Wrong GPS coordinates. Be very careful. I ordered taxi to Bukhara train station and driver took us to completely different place. Talk to manager no help. Bukhara rail station is not at the address completely. 30 mins more driving. Paid 5 times more than should. Don't recommend this app in English. Be careful!
I haven't been able to find a car since March, they're apparently never available, but couriers are. I don't know what happened, it's like an update completely messed up everything. Doesn't matter what time of day, I haven't been able to order a car for a long time now.
1. The app tells to contact support. Once u do it, support tells u, that they cant help u). 2. Service became too expensive for such a quality.
If the driver didn’t catch you, watch out. The app shows driver arrival, so if you cancelled order, you pay. If you did not cancel, driver will wait till the time finished and cancelled, you still have to pay. App service worker tell me to wait, and no.results. Ridiculous driver belongs to ridiculous country. Now I support NATO
The support is appalling, don't expect to get any help when things go wrong. I had a ride that never happened and was charged for it. The driver didn't show up, I tried to call him up, but he didn't pick up, instead he just marked the ride as completed. I contacted the in-app support multiple times, but every time they just answer that they've seen my message and will get back to me if needed. They don't care to even answer. This happened now multiple weeks ago, still no answer.
Putting one star so that you'll notice. It sends too many push notifications, sometimes even empty, pls fix
The worst service and the highest prices!!! One would think if the taxi price skyrocket then the service, support, and the cars would improve. But it's been the worst recently. With the prices quadripleting I demand a better service with taxi drivers, if they fail to provide the service I demand the support to return the fee and give some compensation in return for my lost time. And then to decrease the taxis' ratings so they will be taught to provide the service!
These scammers have not yet added to taxi drivers the ability to withdraw money from their balance in cash or to other cards. This makes the app the worst taxi app for everyone in Uzbekistan. Taxi drivers do not want to take money by card from clients, because they cannot withdraw money from these scammers. Already reported to the right places.
Drivers are scamming. You order a ride with a card payment method. Driver arrives and calls you to cancel the ride because he does not want to accept payment via card. You cancel the ride. The app still charges you like 1/3 of the total cost of the ride. I assume both the app and driver makes money this way. Support service is useless. Such a bad experience and I think it will keep happening as a scam if you choose credit card payment method.
I don't like this service 😔. Just now I book taxi 2 stop but that driver stopped 1 place and he didn't want wait for me. 2 stop I came buy walk more than 2 km. I register complain they are saying 1 gel return and use next trip. What's this? Who need 1 gel . If I need to go and come back to walk why I book taxi? Not only today 2 days before also I register my complain but they are saying simply reduce driver rating? I need safe journey but I don't get anyone time so I delete this app 😡
It's showing the long way and charging more money for 5 mins way I am coming in 15mins, the worst experience ever, you are stealing time and money! It was good service before!
Support for Serbia is ignoring issues that i reported completely and won't explain how I ordered a normal ride and it was turned into economy by the app so they wouldn't include my coupon!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent app. Very easy to use. Got a cab very fast. Driver was polite and professional.

Honest one of the worst customer service I've experienced. Their drivers are great and the app is decent for when it works but it randomly rejects international cards without warming. This could temporarily or now it seems permanently. The customer service chat has simple bot replies and I have a 12 email thread with an agent continuously saying international cards aren't accepted yet I've been using my cards for 2 months in Russia without issue. They just avoid the issue and give standard single line scripted bot replies without trying to find a solution. I can't recommend this app unfortunately until their customer service improves. Try citimobile or similar apps instead.
Okay, so app great for users, but taxi drivers freaking complain that if clients wants to pay with card drivers don't receive payment directly into their own card, but(!) have to go to some office and collect that money, which takes a lots of time & creates inconvenience for them, so they pass on that inconvenience to customers by refusing onboarding unless customer pays with cash or harras them during drive. This creats a hostile/inconvenient condition for customers, thus 2stars.
