It knows where you want to go
Yango will suggest destinations based on your ride history. For example, it can learn that home is your most common destination on weekday evenings, so it suggests your home address first.
Multiple destinations, one route
Yango makes it easy to pick the kids up from school, drop a friend off at a bus stop, and do some quick shopping on the way. Just add a new stop in the app, and Yango will recalculate a new route for the driver.

Yango lets you give a perfect gift to your friends and loved ones: order them a taxi. Get your mother to a doctor’s appointment. Send a taxi to pick up your special someone. Or get each of your friends a ride home after a night out. You may order simultaneously up to 3 cars.
Chat with the driver in 95 languages
Yango makes it easy to communicate with your driver. If you can’t reach your pickup point in time or want to give the driver information without making a phone call, you can use text chat instead. Don’t worry if you and your driver speak different languages — Yango will automatically translate your messages back and forth to each other.

Yango is committed to maintaining high quality service. Did something go wrong? Give your ride a low rating and tell us what happened. That driver will get fewer orders until we fix the situation. If everything was great, then reward your driver with a tip.

First time using the app. It is great and easy to use with very great functions such as seeing the movement of the car to your pickup point. Of course not forgetting the fairs are affordable.
it's convenient, easy to book and provides details of vehicle for security reasons I believe. driver's navigation saved me time and also the vehicle is kept clean. not to mention the massive saving on my part. I will definitely order again.
Good app. But please do some due diligence prior to the kind(type, models etc) of cars you use on your fleet. Some are just not worth the sight!🙄🙄. It can be a turn-off in certain situations.
Have only managed to get a ride once. Cars are in low supply and very difficult to get hold of. The waiting time is too long. Your mapping service is inaccurate. On two occasions the driver refused to come collect me for reasons best known to them...a lot of work needs to be done to improve your service delivery
I had a bad experience with this guys. I ordered a comfort but the car which came wasn't what I ordered for. Moreover, the car had no air condition, it was having a bad cent and when I asked the driver he said it's from the garage. The car was constantly stopping on the way. I got tired of the whole thing and cancelled the order only for me to be charged 1600frs when I had not even reach half my destination. I complained on the app and they did nothing about it. I feel cheated
On a more serious note, everyone should read reviews before downloading an app. If I had read some reviews I wouldn't have fallen prey to this scam of an app. I was charged 48 cedis when I ordered, upon arrival, no traffic but hey I paid 147cedis. It was a ride less than an hour and so y'all can imagine the pain. Avoid this app totally to avoid embarrassment. What you see when you order at first, is not what you get upon arrival.
For the third time in the week it says that no vehicle is available, although today 3 taxis have been parked only 2.5 km for a long time, this is indicated on the map. I've been waiting for 90 minutes. That's not good service.
The receipt I got for my ride did not have the license number of the taxi. I needed that to be reimbursed for the ride by Ruter. I asked both the taxi company and the driver for it repeatedly but they did not give it to me. Bad experience. Never using again.
I have had very convenient rides with this app and economical too but the only bad experience was only with one ride. The driver didn't understand how the app works as a driver and he kept asking me about how it works and he complained of the total cash I had to pay because I still had my promo codes.
I gave this app a chance and got a terrible experience in exchange. The driver was rude, the app said one price but the driver argued that we need to pay him more or he'd leave us there. Customer support did everything they could to avoid responsibility and didn't help at all. Just stick to the already existing services in the market, I thought this app would make a change but it wasn't a good one.
SCAM! I reserved a cab for a fixed fee of 104. After the ride I'm charged 144.30. customer support says that was the original price. They don't know I took a screenshot. They over billed me. Also didn't get 30% off first 3 rides as advertised.
when it comes to booking of a taxi, Yango is simply the best. They are second to none. Their fares are competitive and a true reflection of the distance covered. With Yango, you are able to exercise your freedom on the road. We are free at last. Well done Yango.
First time user. Enjoyed the service. Driver was on time and very polite. Vehicle was ok ,clean and reasonably comfortable. Will use it more and hopefully all stays on point. It's my first time but it was a beautiful experience. The driver was very friendly and well-mannered. Just that the amount I was expecting to pay increased. But all in all, it was simply an awesome experience. I'll always order a Yango
The app has improved over the past year and works well.. Even the map has improved and most of the drivers are polite and professional. Do keep it up.

Been using for close to a week now in Yaoundé, Cameroon. It's a great initiative similar to Uber, with a good practice of time management. I experienced some bugs on the app which delayed the payment procedure and some "comfort cars" didn't have AC on. I much appreciate your service
I ordered a ride and ended up paying double the price I saw. There was little traffic and little delay. I'm rather very dissapointed
Difficulties finding a car sometimes and a few bugs like the fact that you can order a ride without having entered a destination yet. Other than that, I absolutely love the service. The usage is very simple and efficient. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PLEASE!
The app is inaccurate in a lot of ways. Eg. Driver arrival time. It is also difficult to navigate in my opinion.
This APP needs a lot of work. Firstly, it gives false details on the map and it takes too much time for drivers to reach. Drivers also lie about where they ate exactly...
I have booked it more than three times. And I love the experience with your driver's, comfort and time. But I have a challenge with the application, once I click on a button to call the driver, the app with freez and freez my phone. Continue to do your best. You're the best, and affordable.
