Still some work to be done. The app glitches or do not update or send updates when connected to wifi. It appears that it needs to be connected via 4G etc. Very strange.
Up to now the app only shows when the alarm is Closed never when opened. The SMS's from my alarm is more accurate and up to date than the app
I need to use this app for my alarm. I can't register as i never get an otp........please fix this as what us the point even to have this app.
Very poorly designed, doesn't work as promised. And not user friendly. Won't depend on it to get support.
System not functional for over 2 weeks now... without getting activity notifications...very poor!!
Doesn't send notifications anymore of open amd close so I Uninstaller amd reinstall hoping it darn works!! Yet again

the push notifications were instant then they stopped working now they come through later an keep saying im using the wrong password despite resetting it. its becoming a bit of a pita. Was a good app just need to sort out issues
What a useless and badly written app. Was told by my security company to try it. They are listed, but when trying to access them all you get is a no sites listed message. Do not frustrate yourself with trying to set this up.
The delete button is too close to the panic and the pages don't open correctly. I have images should you be interested.
Same experience as other users - site adding is not responsive at all; frustrated by the absence of online help.
Would not link to Security Company on list after a month of trying.

Site adding does not work at all. Tried to link 24/7 but said it could not find it. Highly recommend devs take the app down and start from scratch. Otherwise a clunky feel to the interface, and non logical menu options
No online help, no documentation on company website, and no support from the developer (they actually referred me back to my security company!). Unlike some of the other reviewers, I have not had any problems with the login, or password resets (in fact, I forgot my original password, but found the resetting process quick and efficient). I do however find some of the screens less than intuitive, for example the main screen contains 3 pre-configured buttons, and 3 marked "customize", but if you tap on them nothing happens. The geo-location service also appears to be erratic, leaving me unable to set the coordinates of one of my sites. I therefore have to wonder what would happen if I had an actual emergency, and pressed the "panic" button.
Waited hours for OTP to arrive, when I finally got the OTP, CDF was not listed as provider.
Can't login. Can't rest password. And always have to click two times for every function
Awesome app to have very user friendly and reliable.

This app still needs a lot of work to make it user friendly. It can be useful in future if some changes are made 1. Quick call button to the security company (Contact to Copwatch does not work) 2. Alarm status view 3. It would be great if I can activate and deactivate my alarm via the app. 4. See feedback from Copwatch during a call-out and after (because the Ops room does not phone back with a status update. Thanks
