got the premium awhile ago as this was the best app for trophies but I can't login, I get a black screen every time, I've redownloaded the app numerous times and still doesn't work. it's a pity it was such a great app now doesn't work at all even with all the trouble shooting. feels like I got ripped off.
I've lowered my review from 3 stars to 2 stars. Here are my reasons: -It's a great app, but it needs an update. It takes a long time to load and sometimes won't load. Other times, it pulls everything up instantly. However, it has been asking me to log in to PSN EVERY TIME I get the app to work. -The app is paid and ad free, but it's honestly not much better than the official Playstation app in its current state. I know times are crazy but an update would be greatly appreciated!
I ended up paying to unlock the full potential of this app, and it hasn't disappointed! A rather simple way to view your trophies and account, making it easy to take screenshots of your accomplishments as well! I used this to brag on forums about my Platinums.
i love the UI, its smooth and crisp, but more often than not im having issues with it when it doesn't want to retrieve photos from any thread in my messages, and it's not my connection speed.
I really like the app, but the app seems to have lost the ability to sync guides from trophy guides online to the app which it could do on earlier versions. If it just Googles the trophy, I can already do that without the app.
App used to work perfectly until 11/3 (Two days ago) . As of now , 11/5 , everytime I try to open the app , it straight up crashes and won't even open ... ("YaPSNapp keeps stopping"). I bought premium , since I liked the app a lot , but now , not being able to use it is frustrating ! Please fix this issue !!! And then I will rate it 5stars (On Samsung Galaxy S10)
Absolutely terrible app... Paid for no ads and automatically refresh and I can't even refresh my profile. Everytime get an error code when I try to refresh it and it hasn't been synced from days. Absolutely mess!
Just a constant PSN login-loop, which means you can't access or refresh the app. And no, no error code, just the login loop, and no ability or interest to update from the developers. Don't waste your time!
It's a good app, clean up look at, responsive, and out of the 10 years I've had an Android this is only the second time I've been happy to pay for a pro version.
Bought premium so i could use the messaging feature. App crashes every time i try to send a picture in a message. Pls fix. App has a lot of potential.
At the start I didnt find it that helpful, but after some time with how every trophy you can click on and search on YT or Chrome for a guide and the casual account sync updating has made me like this app for its purpose.
Just keeps force closing, paid for the premium and it was working good. But now I can't even open it. Put in a ticket to see if it would get resolved but nothing yet. Disappointed cause it was a really great app.
The ps app no longer shows your or your friends' activities, so I thought I would download this app so I can see my statuses because I download the pictures from my statuses to make thumbnails for videos, and you have to pay and upgrade to premium to do that. What a load of bull
This app doesn't even work anymore unless you are french because the only downloadable guides are accessible in french. Psnprofiles guides no longer work but it was good while it lasted.
This app was great to quickly check on trophies. Then it stopped working a few months ago. I tried emailing the developer, and they never responded.
I really like your app. Dark orange Ui Theme 10/10 Many Features! The only issue is that is very, very laggy (while slide up / down / refresh) Please 🙏 Fix This / it's really annoying 🤞
The app was my favorite app to use daily but not has literally become one of the apps that im now considering deleting off my phone. Premium user very dissapointed on how this app has been treated lately. Bugs/crashing of the app makes u not wanna use it anymore.
Fantastic app. And the platinum animation makes me feel so good. Time and statistics are spot on. Regardless of if you pay for the premium this app is well worth it.
Received response to refresh bug. Workaround is sufficient hoping for a fix in the next release. Still a very beautiful app.
it keep asking to connect to PSN and when i type my email and password it says successfully connected and you can return to the app but when i returns it keep telling me connect to PSN again and i keep going in circles
Love the app. Very easy to use, clean UI, synchs without any issues.
My messages are saying they are unread but I have opened all of them and it still says that. Also I have the full version.

99¢ is well worth the features you unlock. After you purchase, go to settings and make sure it verifies it by tapping the "click here" button. I noticed it looks like normal colored text when in Dark Theme. I was lucky enough to read it because it is easily missed in Dark Theme. It'll ask for permission access to your contacts, do NOT be alarmed, this is only for when you are sending something through the app to your contacts or something. You can trust the app. I myself was worried too. Love it
