Refuses to log in to Voyager. It needs to do so before it can even detect and verify credentials and it won't even get that far. It worked fine with minimal issues on my Samsung Note 8, but since upgrading to Samsung Note 10+ 5g it refuses to do the very first, most basic thing. If this can be fixed, let me know. I've tried uninstalling and rewriting credentials (not that they matter for Voyager login) several times.
Has this app been updated since it was released in 2011? Work Orders disppear when entering data, it is difficult to use, needs constant "refreshing", it simply needs improvement. Just my opinion but I think it is a waste of my work cellphone's limited memory, limited space, my time, etc. But then, that is only my opinion as one who still use the "old school" checkbook as not-so-much the debit card.
The app is constantly coming up with critical errors when closing out work orders it fails to post saying sub category needs to be selected even though it is so I find myself having to go in multiple times to actually get the orders closed. I have been using the app for over 3 years.
The app only works correctly half of the time. It crashes several times everytime I log in. I've deleted and downloaded several time and it's still them same. Please fix this issue!
As an extremely busy maintenance technician this app can be a real pain and a legal liability. The app logs u out automatically after 30 mins. and u lose data and time punches. When on emergency calls after clocking in on site if the job take longer than 30 mins u lose your punch in data.
App constantly closes. I can't close out work orders cause it kicks me out when I save after signing signatures. Its been going on for months and now its not letting me sign in at all. Why my company choose to use this useless app...
This app was fine, I troubleshoot it anytime our company has a problem but with this recent update we can not add time to any work order. There is no option to change the time anymore like before
Seems to have a lot of problems when used on different formats. You see one thing on a computer. Differant on android. Differant againon iphone.
Yardi keeps booting me out to my login screen. I try to login back in with my correct user name. Yardi tells me invaild login. Its so annoying. I have use the app every 10 or 15 minutes. I have to reboot my brand new $1000 LG phone every time to get yardi working
Very often cannot evem lunch program. During using and saving data calapsing basicly every time.
9 times out of 10 the app will not let me log in. As soon as I type my password and submit it it crashes and restarts the app.
This app constantly signs out me and my coworkers every 2 hours or so. Requiring us to login multiple times a day.
Why are companies choosing this app for maintenance?! It's horrible! The format is super wack.
Almost like they try to make it difficult, yardi needs to pay the big bucks and hire the guy the designed onesite ;)
I get a syntax error everytime I try to login in. It has been 6 months with no fix.
This app closes itself out upon entry and will only work if uninstalled and reinstalled daily.
Has not worked since android 11 update on my pixel 3xl.... Worked decent prior.

New samsung A 50 log in has java error all time.
Useless software. Don't waste your money on Yardi.

This app doesn't work on Android guys.
The app in its essence its good, but there's a lot of space for improvements. First, it would be awesome to access all kind of information as you would in a laptop or desktop, but you are only provided with open work orders and a very limited range of capabilities. Secondly, Report viewing and generation, it would simplify the task of going into the office while visiting the field, to check on all the work orders in their respective reports, that way we can focus on the field instead of going back to the office to check on what's left. Overall it's so-so
