i have booked tickets through app with hdfc credit card through citrus pay. The payment got successful but i didn't received any booking confirmation ☹️. then i called the customer service representative he told we haven't received any payment from you. I gave him all the transaction id and the payment gateway details.This lasted for one month and till now i didn't received any call or refund. Today i called again and csr has disconnected my call and i tried again my bad its not getting connect
worst app... tried cancelling the ticket 6 hours before the the journey... didn't get otp while cancellation... have sent multiple mails to Customer Care but no reply... tried call thr customer care... but getting a reply as " we changed the timing from 2pm to 12pm" lost my money completely... money looting app
Dear all i request you not to download this app and also dont travel in yatraganie it will be very worst experience to you all and busses also not maintain properly no AC ,no power point for mobile charger in my life time i will not travel in this bus.
Worst bus service they don't know how to manage the passengers don't choose this service better to go morning start or vrl travels they are far better than this service

Worst & fraud cab services in nellore, they are charging double the fare here😡. Atleast have some shame when you want to stand next to ola or uber. Your unfair billing, support team & cab drives will make your company liquidate soon.

I have booked komitla travels bus on this app from vizag to hyd and hyd to vizag. Both the buses were delayed so much in reaching destination. The staff has no respect for their passengers. They were continuously shouting on us. I felt like i was travelling free in their bus, inspite of spending 1600 per ticket. I won't suggest this app or this travels anymore to anyone.
App is ok...but the service is worst of all... don't fall prey to it's low price. I had booked an AC sleeper bus from Bangalore to Vizag recently. Bus condition was bad with led was not working , tv was missin from its panel, but my nightmare didn't end there. The bus arrival time at Vizag was 7.30am and i had a train to board at 10.15am and the bus entered the city at 10am running 3 hrs late. I had to got down from the bus to catch an auto to reach the station. After reaching Rajahmundry at around 5.30 in the morning the bus became a passenger vehicle with picking and dropping passenger at every 5-10 km distance. My first and last journey with Komitla travels..
This So called travel app should learn the APP ethics and standards before talking about services, to stay fit & sustain in this competitive markets.

Such a stupid app Here in the app images they shown cabs ...but after downloading noo cabs only buses...such a stupid app.hated it ..plz remove that image which shows about cab.
the wordt experience in the yatra genie travelling company. its better if you dont opt to travel with them. its nothing but a goods carrier . lowest service. poorest management. worst busses and maintenance. I would choose zero stars if i had an option .
