Yatse SMS Plugin
This application is a plugin for Yatse, the Kodi Remote.
When this application is installed, the SMS you receive are send as notifications to Kodi.

love it. works like a charm.
I would love to be able to turn off just this plugin (instead of all in Yatse its self). If I have friends over for movies I usually uninstall this so my sms's don't go to the screen, but would like the other call/notification plugins to still work. On/off toggle would be awesome.
Perfect! More options & features then the "Official XBMC Remote". I love seeing my friends reaction when my text messages pop up on my TV! & ALWAYS read the wiki b4 saying it needs a feature it already has, which I did like a newbie:-(
Even though talk back is OFF when this is turned on the phone talks to me... Very annoying
...but now whenever I get a text it shows up on Kodi and doesn't even show up in my text message history on my phone. If this wasn't the case I'd absolutely give it 5 stars again.
Great plugin. Don't have to stop watching anything to read sms messages.

Works as intended and the new option to not show message content is the reason I installed. 5 stars. As another user suggested I would also like the ability to disable notifications.
You didnt think the call app sold have sms r u kidding....
Great add on but you have to use advanced settings to turn on !!!
