Yatzy! Free dice game

Occasionally the first roll (the automatic game roll)will freeze and you'll lose that roll by having to either hit roll or select... Other than that, (and the fact that my fingers are too big to accurately score sometimes) great game.

After playing many games, there is no other conclusion I can reach: This game cheats! For instance, in 10 games, several of which I was way ahead of the computer opponent, it scored a Yatzy on its LAST MOVE, winning the game, three times. In other games, it gives itself 5-of-a-kind on the first or second turn on a regular basis, or on its last or second to last turn if it is losing. All this is done in a clear attempt to give you the impression you are playing an equal opponent. Don't waste your time.

So far this version of the famous dice game is quite refreshing. It actually gives "tablespace" for viewing the dice rather than just a bar at the bottom of the scorecard. This makes it easier for me to see and figure out my moves. However, in the recent update, the left-handed setting was messed up. The scorecard and roll/turn display is on the left-hand side like it would be for right-handed mode, but the dice are still on the left, off the screen. I'd also appreciate a fully-offline version.

It's impossible to win. Doesn't matter, if it's agaisnt computer or real person. It locks up, when you try to select where your score will go or selects the wrong category. It's shocking how many yahtzees the computer gets and that it's always the higher scoring ones. Real players rake up more yahtzees, too. Cheats you out of rolls, and I've made sure how many rolls I've gotten. Didn't get a chance to enjoy it.

This game would be more fun if the person playing the game could win once in a while. The way this game is set up the computer has too much control. It controls the rolls and determines who wins. Computer needs to be programmed to not be so bias, to be more objective and relequish more control to the player.

Excellent presentation BUT there are two drawbacks: to exit the game you have to restart your phone; it is stunning how you may be leading with one throw left and the game needs 5 sixes to beat you and it gets them way beyond the likelihood of mathematical probabability. You only win if you build up a big early lead.

My favorite yatzy app & no commercial ads bugging u while playing, just end of game. But please fix the freezing! I can be in the middle of an online game & it will freeze. It happens once every 10 games which is a lot when you're playing for hours cause I'm addicted to it! Thank you!

Fun game, but it keeps freezing up. I just 'lost' a game because it wouldn't let me choose where I wanted to put my score, but my time kept running. I sat there and watched my time run out and was unable to do anything about it. Frustrating. Will keep trying for a few more games before I give up.

The game itself is decent, but it's not yahtzee. One pair and two pair are not supposed to be scoring options, yahtzee is supposed to be worth a fixed score, second and subsequent yahtzee are supposed to provide a bonus to your score and also be usable to complete certain bottom section scores even if the roll itself doesn't fit (ie a second yahtzee can count as your large straight) provided you have a score recorded for yahtzee and can't use it above.

This is fun enough, but the system wins over 75% of the time. If the rolls were truly random, it seems there would be a smaller differential. I am not a mathematician or statistician, so I can easily be wrong. I do like that I can play offline, as that is my preference.

This game uses huge OVERBLOATED bubbles to highlight the dice and the value of all combos. Its ridiculous,im not an infant. I can count the dice myself thank you, and determine where i want to use them for the points value. Whats reallybstupidnisnthat this developer gives you the option to shut off the number within the bubble, but then the BUBBLE REMAINS THERE COVERING THE BOARD AND HIDING THE POINTS ALREADY PLAYED, THis reduces the players ability to adjust the decision of how to play the dice

Pretty bad to give you a loss when the other player quits playing and they were already defeated..still the same game, very poor technical. Gives you a loss when your still connected to the internet and says your disconnected. Very poor technical team running this site..

Yatzy froze then said after it showed my add turn that my turn ran out so I lost. No sorry you kept freezing and almost caused the other player to lose too. I was trying to end my turned while pushing on the ⭕6 for twos. I am unstalling this one now.

This version of Yatzy was fun until it was changed. Now the board is too small and it's hard to see the numbers and the dice. Also annoying that online players leave part way through the game when they are losing.

lots of fun, great graphics, and interesting non standard rules...but for the love of all that us good, release a paid version eith no ads! the ad experience is obnoxious.

Game isnt working properly it keeps shutting off ie kicking me out i have updated and even uninstalled twice to see if that fixes problem but to no avail nothing seems to fix the problem play at your own risk.

Thankful for the time you spent developing the app. Although it could be better. The graphics are not so cool. Look at the sng version for inspiration. I think they have nailed it but saddly dont have an online version.

Adverts lock for 30 seconds after each game which i can live with what i can't cope with the most boring lamest adverts. Low spec and tedious. Your actually advertising another yatzy game with 1980s graphic after I've played this game!! Why!!

Totally HATE THE UP GRADE! I used to play it alot. I deleted it.. the way dice rolls on top of pad & jump down under it, I hate!!! I like it rolling at side... I see many people hate it now Too!!! Why not go back to what EVERYONE likes!!! Dice rolling at the side & not have that slanted board that's hard to see!!! Pleeeeease go back To old game!

I always enjoyed this game until it was "upgraded" yesterday! It's slow, it's confusing and not user friendly. It freezes, it's just not what it used to be. Something is wrong, fix it!! I'm deleting it in the mean time

I have been playing Yatzy for years. Didn't know you had done an update and I hate it. I liked the old game where I could play the robot and the numbers were in bubbles. I like the old way much better and will not be playing it till my old Yatzy comes back. Why fix something if it's not broken and the old game definitely wasn't broken

Its ridiculous that when a played quits the opponent has to finish the game or its a loss for them why cuz if one player quits it should be an automatic winner other player. CHANGE IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS.

Love playing the game but I am uninstalling due to technical glitches in the game. So frustrating and it seems that I am not the only player experiencing these issues.

Horrid in that it clicks where it wants to for points. A game should not click the check box above or below where you are actually clicking. Annoyed at wasteing my time on it at all. Yatzy is a fun game otherwise. Uninstalling.

it's a pretty decent yatzy app, but I had to uninstall. I felt like I could smash my phone if had to sit thru another ad for the "Covet" app where you cannot mute the damn music. It got on my last nerve.

It's impossible to hit the right category because the boxes are so small which makes gameplay very frustrating. Otherwise fun game.
