I only want the bus timetable found it quite confusing
Even though there are sometimes slight update delays ... Still a 5 star app!
Used this app for years and had no problems. But as of this morning the app won't stay open for more than 5 seconds before crashing. I rely on this service to get to and from work, and because of this I'm now exceedingly late. I've also just been informed by the driver that they have been sent an alert to say that it is an issue with how up to date the app is. Which for myself, i know is not true as i have got it fully updated and yet it still won't work. I'm extremely annoyed.
This app is great, and now the Morebus app is exactly the same, it would be great if you could get together and integrate both into one app to make travelling around the area easier. I'm sure BCP and customers would appreciate less road congestion and a more linked up bus network.
it would great if you could use the app on more than one device. I was on my way home from work, and I had difficulty accessing the app properly on my new Samsung phone, because I couldn't access the internet. My bus was here, luckily I had my iPhone, so logged into the app. Not long after that, I had an email to say that if I log into another device in quick succession, I'll be temporarily banned. It's not my fault the wifi and 4G reception is lousy in Xchurch at the bus stop by the library!
Just bought a day ticket and didn't come up in my app, money taken out from my account. Tried to uninstall and reinstall then locked my account in the same device. Had to buy another ticket from the driver and surprisingly was cheaper! Still waiting for the money to be refound and my account unlocked. Just waist of time trying to contact customer service by phone as they cannot help had to email and wait...
It's good but incredibly unreliable. live bus feature is so helpful but very rarely works properly. Having timetable on my phone is also nice and convenient. Once the connection bugs are ironed out this will be a great app!
very helpful and great journey planner, easiest way to get tickets! however since switching to a oneplus phone, in explore it keeps zooming back to bournemouth square a few times before letting you scroll again and click the right bus stop, otherwise still awesome.
Extremely unreliable, used to work much better but long time ago. Today it stopped working at all. On lots of routes it says that buses are not running from 2nd September, no timetables available. Useless!
Use this app all the time very easy and reliable
Unreliable, the most useful feature for me is Live Buses but that only seems to work occasionally, but just lately it's not working at all. Update 03/07/19 - Live Buses is now working OK so thanks for fixing it!

It's a good app as it keeps people up to date on the tines of the buses.
This is great app supported by a sound support and development team at YB Move. No app is perfect, nor does it meet the aspirations of all users. Don't just complain and mutter at the bus stop. Be proactive. I have provided feedback about this app. Have no doubt the YB Move team will action review viable ideas and details of an anomaly, which will be actioned or rejected in due course.
Pretty inaccurate frankly!! Been waiting ages for a bus, nothing showing on the app map so decided to walk only for TWO of them to pass me and I hadn't walked very far 😡😡 That's just one of many instances, so although I use it I know I can't rely on it.....
The app is good but the services are worst ever. Buses are always late and I usually have to wait around 50 minutues in the evenings to get home. Interesting though how More Buses manage to run on time.
Super easy and convenient.
Not very intuitive. We read left to right, and the information is right to left. In the app, get a departure time list, the time is on the right, the destination is on the left!
really easy to use works all the time had no issues it is really handy to link a bank account to the app as if it is a Sunday or bank holiday then I would have to withdraw the money and sometimes that is not possible so carry on the good work yellow buses 😁
I don't know what is going on with yellow bus lately but they seem to keep going the wrong route (when there was no road work). Also i have been waiting an hour + by the bus stop because one of the 5a decided to drive passed when I signal my hand out. Then the second 5a went the wrong route which is delayed and drive pass me again when I signal my hand out. I am legit wasting money and time for the yellow bus. The other day this old man was denied getting on the bus as it drived off leaving him.
I used to dislike using the bus, this app makes me feel free. Easy to plan journeys & pay for the 24 hour ticket. Takes the stress out of driving in peak traffic.
As usual tricky to understand which are the correct timing and schedules, App say one thing, online another and printed at stop another :/ App might be ok to scan ticket but when you cannot rely on the company behind is worthless unfortunately
A 7 day ticket is a rip off. I won't be using yellow buses at those prices. Please can you explain why a 7 day ticket is £19. I can get a 7 day ticket for £12 for the m2. Have u seen a fall in 7 day ticket purchases since hiking the prices? How do you justify such an increase? The tickets available make no sense to me, doesn't feel like you value your customers very much. They don't offer value to your customers you have probably lost a lot of business. Please correct me if I'm wrong and you haven't seen a fall in app ticket sales since making these changes.
App is terrible and bus services are terrible. I always have to stand at the very front of the bus and have been told there is no space before
The apps is OK but the buses need to be on time and more frequent on certain routes like the ones to kinson and last month my wife was waiting for the 5 bus to come from kinson and the bus driver went the 5a route so she had to walk to moordown before catching another bus which was the number 4 bus to bournemouth trainstation or walk all the way home which would of taken her an hour and a half to do so paid for a return to kinson and then had to pay for another one back home
