I travel to many cities around the world using local apps. This one needs the most work. I should be able to search by business names and easily add destinations. Fare estimates should be provided upfront and I shouldn't have to click on estimates. Since Charlotte will be a city I will need to travel often to I hope there will be an update.
I ordered a cab for 2300, the cab arrived 12mins earlier. And I had to pay for the time when infact the driver went somewhere else because I told him that I ordered for 11pm. And then the driver kept missing the way to my house,, and that too I had to pay for. My first experience was a disaster!!!
