Great being able to move the cam around and the video is really good quality.. could use a better microphone though.

Thanks for the new update. The interface looks better and notifications are working now.

This app worked perfectly prior to the new update. Now we can't even open it at all. Very disappointed.

Uh-oh!! Device Disconnected. I open the app to view the camera. 20 seconds later I get the above statement. Time after time after time. No it's not an issue with my wifi. I can only blame the camera and software. Oh and while I'm here remove the Press to continue command. I bought it for 24/7 coverage not 20 minutes when it does decide to work for a while. I've had to suppress all notifications as my phone was pinging continuously. Good picture especially in HD mode WHEN it works for a while.

I haven't had any problems with this app. I find that it works quite well actually. I use with a wifi camera that can be controlled remotely through this app. I could be anywhere, and open up this app, and see whatever is in front of the camera I have setup, in real time! And, hear audio and respond audibly if I wish to.Tilt, pan, and zoom too!

Don't love the interface and the app was constantly freezing (it said loading but it would never load and none of the buttons worked) so I would have to open task manager to close the app and open it again to get it working each time. I do love that you can turn off the camera remotely with the app - that is a plus not all of these apps have.

This app became total useless after some updates. This and other one as well (The plus version). All I can see the loading symbol for the eternity. Whenever I had to see the live feed, I have to restart the camera in order to check the live feed but after some time, it goes back to its useless state. Becoming the worst app. Started to regret that I've purchases this camera that doesn't do anything at all. If somehow we managed to run the live video feed, it just stays at 0kbs. Worst!!

Not a good experience. In the last 2 months I didn't received notifications for movement or sound. I've also tried to reinstall app, reset SD card, reset camera, connect the camera on cable and wifi and so on. My settings for notifications are just fine, the movement and sound detection is enabled in the app and also the app is allowed to run in background. I don't know what should I do more than that in order to fix this issue ?

Took well over an hour to get it to connect. The process is not clear on my version. Then the real disappointment. I have no real control at all. I'm being sent sms everytime it thinks it's seen or heard something. There is no place to turn it on or off. I've closed the app it still sends and that would be fine if I wanted to know that I'm in my living room listening to music. I don't. Pointless, the settings page is blank. BLANK. What a waste of space.

Three stars only because of the stupid restrictions of functionality if not paid version... You made your cameras almost useless if there isn't alarm messages for motion detection and tagging on the recorded video files. It's almost impossible to access the camera to watch recorded videos. It's trying to connect to the cloud server but I cannot access the videos even if I'm connected to the local internet connection. Everything started when the period of paid version expired. That's not loyal

The app is ok. Not too good but not too bad. Issues: Ad popup every time I open it. Using PTZ is too much button clicks away. The camera itself, however, is less than 1-star, broke down after 3 days use (I guess something is wrong with the motor, since the camera is not moving anymore)

It sort of works, but not when you want it to. It's forever waiting spinning when opening, and when it does work, if you go to sd card and view ( which craps out sometimes) and back to live view it just goes back to the spinning bit again. I've waited for over 10 minutes, and give up.

hi all....I have a Samsung tablet running android lollipop. all works fine apart from regular intervals it comes up "click to play video" so I have to keep pressing it to continuing viewing any ideas? UPDATE..... I have discovered this newer version has a video stream time out! so every set period of time you have to press click to play video to stream. so I have reverted to an older version until this is sorted.....PLEASE developer reinstate this thank you.

Not to bad of a camera for the price. The cloud storage is great, as well as having the option to use a SD card is even better. I've had my Cameras for about 6 months and haven't any issues with them other than laggy connection every once and a while. Overall Quality is just what I was looking for!

Camera is pretty good and the app is relatively easy to set up and to use. Camera doesn't reset if there's power failure. App can't save alert pics (can only save in the fee-for-service cloud or on the memory card in the camera. Because of these shortcomings, this is not suitable for security

No matter what I do or no matter what I try it keeps disconnecting, I know it's not the camera , and I know it's not the connection as I've got it hard wired now as even though the camera was 8 feet away from my wireless setup it just keeps disconnecting, I've now given up and am going to get another camera from somewhere else , with anyone with a better app for connecting to the camera that will allow me to connect and be able to leave it without the worry that's it's not on all the time .
