To begin using the YConDemand Taxi Hail application today:• Download the free app• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone # and Password)• Validate your account (via the confirmation email you receive)• Login to the app (Email & Password)• Enter your pickup address• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The YConDemand Taxi Hail application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

It will work for you ONCE. I call, no one available, I schedule pickups, no one picks up for hours. You're better off with Lyft and Uber, at least they'll give you an accurate ETA with LESS CREEPS driving vehicles. Stay safe.
it takes forever to get a cab, i order a cab an hour before my time to be where i need to be, i 90 percent late all the time if i call it in or use the app, late, late. when i do use the app and sent a time, they are always early and i have to call another cab to pick me up. waste of my time and yours and the cab driver.
not user friendly at all. Cant get any info jow to get an act acct number.to.put my credit card on account. Useless!
Takes cab drivers too long to respond when they are only minutes away. Never got a ride. That's why people are going to Lyft and uber
it is the best app. use the app instead of calling. gp ahead and download the ycondemand app and see for urself.
wonderful. I'm visiting from the Bahamas and the took 15 to 20 minutes to collect me. Very helpful drivers

I was trying to make an order through this app but it's not letting me make one. It keeps coming up ticket number 0 and it's not going through can you please fix this issue? I uninstalled the app and put it back in and it's still doing the same thing.
Lately, the app has been giving me trouble ordering a cab. It is constantly becoming more and more useless.
Now it won't even open every time it gets ready to start, it crashes! now what was a great app won't even open. Even if you uninstall it then reinstall it won't let you past the sign in page, states internal server error as the problem. Won't even let you create a new ID claims the same server error. Did you even test the app first before your release to the public because this is s major fail!
I don't know if I should rate the app or the untrained drivers but my experience was terrible. I want a free ride and not just a few blocks.
Only reason I even tried to use this is to schedule a pick up time in the morning aaaaaaaaaand I can't sorry that is the only advantage you had over uber... fail
Yellow Cab is storing your password in plain text. It requires a password between 6 and 10 characters. If you value your privacy and security, DO NOT sign up on this app.
They some thieves ,rude af, will never use yellow cab services again

Only reason yall is the leading provider is cause yall is the only provider yall is scared of competition now little rock has uber most of the customer ride with them Birmingham open yall eyes and bring another company in and watch those loyal customer leave
When I can actually get an order in, the cabs always show up on time and are friendly and clean. But the app itself is constantly shutting down on me. I've uninstalled and redownloaded a few times with no improvement.
Used to work great, not just shuts down as soon as I try to open it
It couldn't even process the order to get a cab. Got an uber instead and paid the surge price.
Worst experience ever. Booked cab 3 times trying to get to airport. Started booking a cab at 5:30am. Kept getting e-mail saying $3.00 please rate driver. Cab #1115 had to end up calling Uber to catch my flight. Thanks Uber.
The app is called yellow cab company, but it only connects to Alabama's yellow cab
i used yellow cab for years and recently the service has ben horrible i was so afraid of one driver within 5 min of being in the cab i had him pull over and let me out after he cussed at me and put his finger in my face i made a complaint to the company who sent another cab after waiting on the side of the dark road for a hour and was not offerd a discount or any thing last week i called for a cab and one pulled up myself and a lady in her 70S ask which of us she was picking up the female driver rudley and sarcasciticly said " im drop my passangers off " i decideded id rather walk the 3 miles home as the same female driver drove past me in a YELLOW CAB she blew the horn and flip me the bird out the the window of the cab i called the company and was apologized to by the man that answered the phone but never even offer a discount or another cab yelloe cab what is wrong with yall you are letting your drivers be thugs to your customers you will go out of bussiness at thiis rate i know i will never use the again
Stupid ever cab service
don't link your card through them either. I was at work and had to close so i was gonna miss the last bus getting home. I booked a trip on the app and scheduled it for 10 o' clock and he came early as hell. So he tells me I'm gonna have book another cab because he couldn't sit around and wait... even though I put specifically what time i needed them to arrive. So while I'm sitting at work that cab that couldn't wait for me deducted 3 dollars from my card and I wasn't in the cab!
