Riding a YEGO is easy and, everything, directly from the app. Here’s how it works:
- When opening the app, it uses your position to automatically propose the closest vehicle,
- Book a vehicle and head toward it,
- Once close enough, unlock and start the vehicle with one tap on the app and equip yourself with the two helmets at your disposal,
- When at your destination, park your vehicle properly following the rules in your city,
- Put your helmets back in the top case and finish your ride on your app,
- Rate your experience and provide us with feedback, so we can continuously work on improving the YEGO experience,
- After the ride, you will get a receipt per email, and be automatically charged on your credit card.

App keeps stopping - I've reinstalled it but still can't use it. It's a pity, it was working fine until a few weeks ago ..
App is OK, what lowers the rating are the helmets which are only suitable for summer (no full visor, like most helmets). This isn't great for winter or windy weather. Bikes could be more powerful too.
Crashes on open - even with cleared cache/data or reinstall.
First time in Barcelona and I was able to quickly get on Yego in a day. App is easy to use, vehicles always available within the zones and attractive discounts sometimes.
Yego is one of several e-sharing mopeds in the city. Whilst it's not the fastest or most powerful it is stylish, light and very comfortable. The customer service is excellent. Despite this, it would be great to have more bikes available around the city. I believe the speed limitor should be increased a little so that we can ride a little faster than 48k/h. This gives us the choice of going at a speed of our choice, specially when the traffic is flowing much faster around one while on the road.
Outstanding service and app. HOWEVER, Málaga needs more mopeds, 300 at least.
The service is excellent (Barcelona), always lots of scooters around. The app however needs to be improved fast: geolocalization is terrible. The scooters are where the map says they are, but then my position is way off. need to improve geolocalization of the app/person
Easier than most other mobility apps. Quick and straightforward.
DANGEROUS & FAULTY VEHICLES, do not trust these mopeds! Mine had battery and just stopped working in the middle lane at traffic lights. I had to pause traffic and push it to the pavement where I left it. I then reported the fault immediately to customer service who said they sent someone to repair it. Two days later I get fined €77 as the vehicle was towed! They won't refund it. Awful customer service and products!

It craches whenever I want to add my passeport ID, I just Installed it and I couldn't finish my registration due to this problem! I think there is a Java exception that pops up! Hope you'll fix it soon.
Awesome app! Very intuitive, fast to use and had a super quick validation of the docs. About the scooters, they are very good quality as well relatively fast and long life batteries. Super recommend it
Should cover all BCN Area. Park Güel, in the city, has no coverage (you can come, but no Yego parking... although there is public parking for scooters, etc.). 500m downhill, you can park no problem... Really Yego?? That would really be a 5* app and service. Moreover, when a scooter has a problem, and you know about it, take it out of the app, before someone reserves it... P.S. All in all, I love Yego. The only app that gives you freedom of choice. Too bad there is no car sharing service.
Excellent experience, it is already one year using Yego and the service it is simply excellent. Whenever I had a problem they responded quickly and solved it. The moto are nice and comfy to ride,and easy to locate,even in busy days.
I only used it during my stay in Valencia. It was super easy to use and I once had to contact the customer support due to a minor issue; they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend this.
I really didn't expect it to be so nice and easy!! I was a little scared to do it the first time and now I can't wait to go everywhere with YEGO hahahaha for real I think it's mobility and accessibility makes it so good for students and young workers like myself, I recommend everyone to get it :)
App does not work. Could not carry our payment. Tried with two cards. Online chat not working. You type message and it just says "could not send. Press retry" tried lots of time both on and off wifi but the same. Its no wonder why all the scooters are just sat in the streets not being used in Malaga.
App intentionally lags and hides the finish button once the hire is in progress. Would much rather use the competition, which is ever increasing than use a service that resorts to dark patterns
Amazing. We had gotten way to far from the metro system. made an account and found a scooter nearby. To top things of, they have amazing customer support. Nothing but positives 👌
I've used this app since the beginning of the summer. I have bought some packs and additional minutes. Starting from december I can't use it on my phone because of the latest update. Latest update can't be installed into my phone. Oneplus One (A0001) Android Version 6.0.1 CyanogenOS 13.1.2 Build number MHC19Q
Had a problem with the last version, had a very quick response from the developers and bonus for the inconvenience. Works perfectly now !

Used in Bordeaux. Very good. Some little issues/bugs from time to time but very efficient customer service to fix them ASAP.
Still can't get past the login verification screen to use the app, 2 months after reporting the bug on Android 12. Of course I tried the basics of clearing data, uninstalling, and reinstalling. Support doesn't take the bug seriously because they didn't receive the emailed bug video; gaslighters.
