Yellow Cab App

I had downloaded this app specifically to avail of their free ice cream for PhP 500 purchase. Monday, I had the coupon. But on Wednesday, when I already wanted to use it, the app crashed and my coupon is nowhere to be found. We were already at the store and not even the personnel could assist us. Such a waste of effort to download if it can't even deliver what it has promised.

I read the reviews and thought I'd still install it since I have had no issues with them when we either dine in or have it delivered at the office. First time to use it -- the app says the order has been received, being prepared and on it's way. Waited for an hour and then decided to follow up. I was surprised to know that the order hasn't even been RECEIVED yet by any store. I had to wait for 15 minutes on the phone only to be transferred and then the waiting time is for 3 hours. So that's a total of 4 hours waiting for my order. Please improve on the app and make sure it is synced with the services you offer. Uninstalling this now.

Recently this app has been very inconsistent. I'm still able to place orders and get them delivered however the app thinks that there is currently no order leaving the order status function unusable. Also the transaction history doesn't log anymore. This didn't used to happen before. Please fix.

It's a hit or miss. The app has worked for me most of the time but there were a few instances that my order was delayed. I usually do pick-ups and when I get to the branch that I ordered at they either have not received the order yet or are still preparing the order even after I gave them ample time to prepare it.

Yesterday night I waited for 2 hours for yellow cab's delivery and it never came even though in the order tracker it says "on its way"... And today I set an order at 6:20pm but came at 4:30pm. Another thing in your app, the transaction history would indicate 'paid' even though my order never actually came! Your service is very bad and clunky! Definitely 1 star! 😡

Inwas having problem connecting thru their hotline so i decided to use this app. 5 minutes after i placed my order the branch called me and confirmed my order. Good job and keep.it up

I've tried a few ways how to write my address but it keeps saying "Please Enter A Valid Address". Jesus this is annoying can I just order, and talking to a representative is more annoying. I dont know how else to write the address and I live just here in McKinley. How do people in the outskirts of Manila right their address? Jesus Christ

Delivered on time...24/7.. No need to have your telephone for you to order. You only need internet connection and the yellow cab app for you to order...and they will do the rest..The app has order tracker feature, so you don't have to worry about the status of your order anytime..very delicious and worth the price.. A Big Thumbs Up!

This app does not accurately provide the status of your order. (For example: it displays that your order is on it's way. When in fact it has just been received. They called to confirm the order while the app displays that my order was on it's way.) Other than that, it's a great little app.

ALWAYS late, beyond the delivery time that they give. After 30 minutes before the store received the order.The app crashed alot of times and we weren't able to use online payment last time.

Always invalid address, worked fine until upgrade. Most likely can't handle the orders with the app so they purposely made it un usable. Google play please remove. Will be reporting

Very slow and not because of the connection. I'm stuck in the order tracker screen with "loading..." caption for 20 minutes now. One hour has passed and our order is still not here.

The app is not accurate. Don't be fooled. It said it was on its way more than 45 minutes ago. I chatted with an agent and they said the rider just left.

Used to work just fine. Now the damn thing won't even load. Have been using this app for a long time and used to be happy with the convenience of the app. Now I have to uninstall it because it won't even load properly. Shame.

THERE IS A FIELD TO ENTER DELIVERY ADDRESS AND THERE IS A DROPDOWN TO CHOOSE ANOTHER ADDRESS BUT THERE IS NOTHING TO CHOOSE. CRAPPY APP. SERIOUSLY WALA KWENTA.

Your app is not recognizing my log-in details. This is not the first time I would need to log-in thru a Web browser just to order online. It's pointless to have this app in my phone.

The app is saying minimum purchase of Php500 but the store (SM Dasmariñas) who processed my order is asking me to purchase a minimum of Php1000 for them to deliver in my place. This app is not accurate.

I log in my fb and email ad. It says need to.log in first again. Trash

App always crashes and it also prompts user to update app even if it was just installed. Loading time also takes time.

So far so good. Never had any issues when it comes to delivery our place is hard to find but they always find a way to deliver it faster than other pizza stores. Thanks yellow cab for the good service.

Great delivery service! I have been using this app for quite sometime now and it hadn't disappointed me so far. Always delivers the food on time.

This app is useless! I filled in all pertinent info but it always indicate "Invalid Address".
