First cab driver cancelled. Waited for a second one. Good driving experience and got there quick. Pricing estimate was way off though. I got charged double the app quote and the driver preferred payment by cash instead of having to activate the card machine.
I would not recommend this if u have somewhere to be. Reservations do not work. I'm currently waiting 50 minutes past a reservation I made 4 hours ago. Dispatch isn't helpful. Overall a very unreliable service. I still at this point never actually got service
Good luck getting a cab. Ever. Tried calling AND using their app....90+ minutes later, still had no ride. Sadly, this is not the first time I haven't been able to get a ride from them....but it will be the last time I try!
App doesn't open. Order a cab in advace and it shows up 30 minutes late, completely altering your scedule. I gave myself a 15 minute buffer. I guess that's not enough.2
Unable to register. Can't activate account. Not user friendly. I tried to start over again and it told me my phone number was already in use and I couldn't use that 1. That was me of course trying to register the 1st time around.
Wow, seriously? I had to enter the address of the Phoenix airport to get it to recognize it as a destination. The actual physical street address! That blows...
This app did not work at all on my Galaxy S9 Android from the moment I first installed it. It doesn't respond no matter how you swipe, tap, or beg.
Was going to try, UNTIL it asked for access to my: Pictures?!, Contacts?!, Calender?!.... Uh no way Jose' Location and Maybe my phone... But all that other stuff, Nope. Uber/LYFT only asks for Location sooo Wth yellow cab?
Booked a cab and 3 min later got an email that they had picked me up and took me to my destination. It never happened ended up being late to work.
Wasnt the best only cuz the driver took us to the wrong casino that wass more them 7 mils and so we had to pay more then we should have wat we should have payed was 7$ to go less then 7 mils... Other then that everything else was good!
Cab driver was horrible. Cab driver shows up and another person starts talking to them, I kindly state, hi I ordered this cab. Instead the cab driver lets them in the cab I ordered and drives off quickly. What's the point of ordering one???
My Driver, Laticia, in cab #708, is AMAZING!!! You can tell she truly wants to make your ride pleasant just by the way her cab smells (or doesn't) Or by the decorations she obviously spends time picking out & by the way she actually listened to my response to her "How are you?" I could go on (& on) extolling her virtues but there's not enough room. Thank you, again, Laticia, for the time you spend on our comfort! & The unexpectedly pleasant ride. Blessed Be
Requires access to the media on your phone and ability to access and make calls. Zero need for that to order a cab.
Yellow Cab AZ has Lyft/Uber beat. No Sky Harbor Airport Fees, no surge pricing, no booking fee, no cancellation fee, and no credit card registration required.
App crashes, was never able to open it so uninstalled it.
Just downloaded app, tried to open to book a cab and it shuts down. Id rather use yellow cab becaude indont trust uber or lyft
No show! You guys do this to me every time that I am in a pickle (car is in for repair, etc.), and I desperately need to get somewhere. I call on you guys because you have been around forever, but your service has become wonky. Where is the integrity? I don't understand why you guys even answerr the phone if you are not even for real. Is anyone else experiencing this or am I being discriminated against? Seriously, why tell me my cab is on its way when it's never even gonna get here?
Registered, put in payment I fo then boom... Crash central. Devs need to get the app working for Android 11.

Hate it takes forever to load never works
Bad app requires complete control of your phone to include content and making calls! use a reputable mainstream provider like U or L.
After waiting for over 5 mins told no cabs available in the foreseeable future try back in a few hours.
You have to wait hours and hours for a ride now...
But I have tried 2X to dwn-load & csn not get it done.

Crappie interface registering (must be this programmer's very first app he ever wrote, and even by that standard it's pathetic). App won't run if you don't grant permission to access and change literally everything on your phone. Why would they need access to my photo album or my media or my phone log to book a ride? Don't download this garbage, just call and be done with it.
