Use a map to select your pick-up location, and track the location of your taxi. Receive notification alerts about the status of your booking, and when your taxi arrives.
TAXI BOOKING FEATURES:
• Request a taxi right now, or select a future date and time for pick-up.
• Don’t know your location? – Send the taxi to your current GPS position.
• You can also tap a location on a map, or type in a pick-up address.
• Save a pick-up address as a favorite, and use it for future bookings.
• Select booking options for your taxi (wheelchair accessible, pet-friendly, etc.)
• Send additional info the driver – type a message, up to 255 characters.
• A confirmation message lets you know your booking request was accepted.
• Push notifications alert you when your taxi is on the way, and when it has arrived.

• Display up to three previous bookings made with your mobile device.

If I could do a zero i would. I was told to use the app to be able to book a cab I've never been able to book a cab before. I attempted and attempted and attempted. It never worked.

My account has been stuck on 'looking for a vehicle' since july 4th and I cant cancel it at all. Now the company phone is disconnected.. you guys are going to lose a ton of money

Other than the fact that sometimes the driver doesn't show up after accepting a booking, the app is fast and convenient.

NEVER WORKED
The previous Yellow Cab worked well with and occasional problem. Why they bothered to update it is beyond logic. Once the new app was installed, and the new account and password created, it refuses to let you log in and repeatedly claims the account and passwords do not match. even though you created both just seconds before. Don't bother, this is useless and until fixed it faster to just call the cab order in.
