It lie all time.It tell you taxi is in route and it is not true.I am always scare for loosing my flight.
I expected to enter a trip and have it give information, like at least the cost. Does not suit a novice cab rider unless maybe they have no other option.
Things started out good now it always says address not valid.
This company is a HELL Company..I order a Cab was told it will take 20 minute...Called back after 25 Minutes was told again it will another 20 minutes...Called back again was told no Can Driver had been dispatch to the fare and if will be another 20 minutes...Called back again the RUDE GUY told me it will be 5 to 10 minutes and hung up on me...Called back again and again I was told no driver had been dispatch...Keep your Cab's...Dispatchers are RUDE AS HELL...That's why UBER it will be from now on...They depending Cab Drivers...

When u have important place don't call yellow cab cos consider ur self mr/Mrs late comer. Their driver lie a lot, they will tell u they coming in 5 mins but expect 45mins. Sometimes they tell u they are in ur apt but they still 15 mins away I rate them 1/10 and again some of their drivers are so rude when they late is not a big deal. U can ride yellow cab when u going unnecessary place.
Would be nice to have an estimated charge like Uber. Update: just read an article that explains why yellow cab doesn't give estimates. Tried to use it against Uber.
Always shows connecting to the server and ends up with result as connection failed
Title says it all folks, driver even called twice and every time he was 15min away but he never showed. The taxi status on the app changed to completed randomly as if he had picked us up. USE DIFFERENT TAXI SERVICE.
I was genuinely pleased by this apps ease of use. I booked the cab and was able to watch it as it came to me so I was able to finish getting dressed and knew exactly when the car was at my building. I will definitely use the app again.
Greatest application, works really well and the drivers seem to get the call quicker, making my wait so much more bearable. The drivers like it too. All the ones I talk to say it's the best thing that has happened to the system in awhile. Thanks Yellow Cab!!!!, I must agree.
Perfect way to reserve cabs. Any out of town visitors should download and use this, your life will be much easier. Ap is easy to use and download.
I was on hold forever when I called to book a cab, so I got the app instead. I downloaded the app, booked a cab, and got a confirmation call all in about 90 seconds. Cab arrived in less than 5 minutes... in the snow/ice. Great driver.
Tried to reserve a taxi from airport, but couldn't add the address even when I used the app's default address for DFW.
I am happy to see a cab company doing what they can to make the booking process easier. The fact you can see the cab on a map is amazing. No more inaccurate ETAs!
If you are in a hurry and do not like public transit this is the best way to travel.

Got a call from the driver, twice, who couldn't find me based on GPS data. Just as effective as calling over the phone. Makes the app kind of pointless.
Arranged cab for 6:00 am pickup to airport and did not show up. Maybe because of ice?

I booked my taxi at 6:30 am for 7:10 and they accepted it then didn't even show up. I will never use this serve again!!!!!
The supervisor on staff for DFW area is just as rude as most of her staff, this company is unfortunate. Yellow Cab has not found out yet that they actually need to be selfless helpful folks in order to become what their owner hopes for-a successful company. This company is worthy of -1 for treating their public servants at its worst. Learn some manners and do the job you were assigned to do. Please do better next time. Thank you.
