I have been trying account verification for over a month but my documents keeps being rejected while I have used the documents in other platform and they were accepted. Also when I try to login to the mobile app, the app claim to have sent a verification code to my device which never arrives. I only manage to login through the browser. So frustrating.
everything is slow, from deposits to transfers. If you are looking for a faster platform then yellowcard is not for you just use something else. According to support the app has glitches. Transactions only get processed if you contact support and remind them to work on it, otherwise if you don't your transaction will just remain pending forever.
Yellow card is a nice app but sometimes sending crypto to other external wallets is quite slow. Kindly improve on that aspect and the app a world standard. Visa cards can be added as well as one of the payment methods...more room for improvement. Keep it up!
It's a very easy to use platform. But that's where the pros end. It's about the worst trading app you can ever use. Usdt or btc withdrawal could take a week to process, after you must have sent coultless DMs and emails to their support. They're always appolgizing for the inconvenience. Recently in Nigeria, the price used to process sales are different from what you're shown before you place the trade. The service is just terrible. Use with with caution and lots of patience.
I would have given this app a 5 but recently got into big trouble because I trusted this app, I used the app the app before when it just launched and it worked pretty well and this time I didn't even check if everything was running well, I just deposited my money and now I can't withdraw nor send to another wallet. It's really frustrating. 😢
I entered right date of birth but app keeps changing the month to January. I can't edit to correct. If I want to use the app it's giving me an error message it can't even open the app I have changed 3 phones. Still can't open or edit my date of birth. The support is slow and no live chat. I want to withdraw crypto through yellow card but it's just bad.
Too many systems updates and Internal server errors lately. Please work on your application it's has become a let down lately. Also work on your time frame to clear deposits, we don't have to resend a deposit for you to see it.
Verification process, please at least add an option to upload an image on mobile if every selfie taken will be zoomed in by your app thus making it unclear. How is it supposed to be clear if the app keeps zooming in the image. Imagine how many customers you have lost just because of your verification process.
This is stupid app,senseless app I have been trying to open my account they keep on telling me wrong password,fine I have reset a new password still they keep on telling me wrong password. Okay fair enough I went on to open a different account on same yellow card app and am stuck,they asked which language I prefer to run the system I picked English and same page is there I can't even return back what kind of useless app is these. Yellow card is superb and convenient to use. Miner's fees is insignificant. I recommend to all. I advice management to upgrade their system to accept a Momo wallet from another network instead of creating multiple accounts. I suggest the system should permit another Momo wallet for deposit and withdrawal in case there comes a challenge with one service provider.
Very poor. For several days I cannot even complete registration. It keeps rejecting immediately after I submit documents. Worse still I redownloaded the app, and now it cannot even open. As one of the only apps where people can by their crypto using mobile money, you guys are messing it up. As pioneers in this area in places like Cameroon, if someone comes up with something better, you will be sent out of the market. Work on a stronger application.
I tried sending usdt to a friend's wallet, it's been 16 hours and still processing, something that takes 5minutes on binance, I don't even know why I didn't do it on binance, support team doesn't reply your messages. This is really bad, I won't recommend it to anyone. I wish I could give negative stars
The worst app ever. Don't even bother downloading it. Nobody should wait to have a problem fixed for more than 24hrs. When you have a problem they will ask you to be patient. On other apps your problem gets fixed barely 2hrs after you state it. Very slow at solving issues. I doubted when i saw all the negative reviews. Now i understand better Continue using coinbase, binance, exodus etc. Im done here #SCAMCARD DON'T USE IT.
Lately the app performance has been horrible, unable to transfer funds to other wallets, always saying "internal server error" & the support team is not responding.. Kindly work on your app, can't afford to lose my funds 🥺🥺
It's been more than 7days trying to enter my account but fails with error "pin verification fail" whereas I didn't change my actual pin. Please don't keep telling us to send you email because I sent you more than 5 emails but you don't give me the feedback. Please fix the issue or reset my pin as I described in the sent emails. I am not really getting your support or communication about the issue.
The worst ever app on Google PlayStore. I can't withdraw cash, I can't send USDT either can I buy. The support service is a joke. I have written countless mails yet the issue isn't resolve. For two good months I can't withdraw. I have bills to pay and you should clearly know the thousands of cash I have lost simply because I can't trade. This is really frustrating. You guys don't get to reply to complaint.
I don't even understand what's happening, I tried creating an account with the app and when it's time to insert my phone number, am always told an unknown error occurred, I also tried going on your site, and when I insert my number no confirmation codes will come into my number, so please I need help.
If it was possible I would give this a 0star rating. Since the first new update I haven't been able to use the app like for a week now it's back and fort with you support and I keep getting just the same copy paste message each time. Super easy to use app for all things crypto - Smooth interface, competitive & transparent crypto/fiat rates and instant executions. Fees are also very reasonable. Only thing is that they need to automate mobile money (Airtel, MTN, Zamtel) deposits and withdrawals so that they are instant. Worth every 🌟
Was one of the best I have ever come across. But since my last update mobile money deposit and Withdrawal has been unavailable. It's taking too long to work and the inconveniences are increasing day in day out... When is it gonna be fixed.. It's stressing some of us out already
Very poor. I've tried verifying my tiers but each time I do am always dragged backed to the where I started. Up to now my ID verification has not gone through. Too many bugs on this app.
Very poor app. I can't buy or sell or deposit money in my account because I haven't completed my identification profile. When I try completing, It's always gets stucked after I have taken the selfie photo as required. I don't know what's wrong and I have gotten any help from the support unit since I reported. Something needs to be done.
Withdrawal issues will degrade this app. It's not suitable if you urgently need to withdraw your funds. Plus support team is very slow to assist. My funds are still pending over 72hrs and no response from the team. Poor work ethic. You guys should really try and improve. It's frustrating waiting for your own money!
I've been trying to verify my account for almost a week now. I've uploaded my document about 5 times. Rejected each time. Meanwhile I've used these same documents in many other sites yet I didn't face these issues. I uploaded JPGs meanwhile they said the file format wasn't supported. Tried pngs. Still rejected. So frustrating! Support takes ages to reply. I was asked to send my documents via email. Its been two days and no reply. Just simple verification. So frustrating! I'm fed up.
