The Yellow Pages app uses your phone contacts and Yellow Pages directory data to help identify businesses calling you as well as businesses you are calling. Your contacts are not stored or used for any other function. If you do not wish to use this feature, you may turn it off in the app settings.

Gets worse every year. Inaccurate phone numbers, much better to do a search in Brave, it's usually a waste of time and money to call numbers listed in this directory...
I pay to advertise on this piece of rubbish and wouldn't even recommend it. Typical confusion based on corporate greed resulting in overcharging customers for as little effort as possible producing a poor quality product. Only problem is now Google will take over
It can't find businesses that I know where they are and all I wanted was their phone number. Useless App.
Terrible customer service and you are not able to stop your add then they keep sending invoice.
Need to update their database. Too many cancelled phone numbers.
Nothing happens. i waited 15 minutes but just the picture. Useless

they removed the ability to save a search result to your contacts
Keeps dropping out not good can't even search any thing
If can send messages from customer direct to supplier in apps would be much more better

Update September, 2017. Compared to the competing "LocalSearch" app, this has a very weak and vague seach engine, possibly brought about by the fact that the database is poorly maintained and not kept up-to-date. 2) Search results are not always relevant and I presume this is due to the fact that Sensis is copying Google's algorithmic parameters by giving top ranking to advertisers who pay for top listing! 3) I can no longer transfer preferred search result to my smart device's contact list (before recent updates it required total editing anyway). A slow process & not really satisfactory. I'm done. Will be uninstalling after this review.

It never, ever finds what I'm looking for. I can be stnding in front of the business, type in the name and postcode, and it seems to take the first letter of the word and give me everything in Aust that starts with that letter. But not the business name i asked for. Pointless
Works fine, only able to log in if you have face book, not everyone wants or has face book.
Ask for type of business and it brings up all manner of unrelated rubbish, in different states, rubbish.
Turned it on searched " BCF " (in case you don't know this is Boating, Camping and Fishing) there is one in Coffs Hbr. But it doesn't come up. The "popular search categories" is a joke, no heading for anything Auto. Not in Alphabetical order. Is this a real App. or just a joke. Did you even think about any of it at all. DELETE! Back to Google Search. Does not have an Auto category at being???????????????????????

This rubbish app doesn't even open before it crashes. Crashing for so long, I've given up sending the reports. Absolute RUBBISH!
Better of using old school physical phone book.
You have to learn to use this but it works and considering i tried two other apps that were complete duds i am now rather pleased.
Rarely ever had a problem with it.
Can't get what I want
Useless! It's a pity you can't rate it as 0, because I would. All this app seems capable of is to call the business you look up. It doesn't display any info on the business and there are no links to the website of the business. Bring back your previous version of this app, the one with the yellow circle icon, that was brilliant. Until then, I'm rating 0, and UNINSTALLING!
