Since last update, "My Wallet" menu is not working on Android 5, keeps loading forever. There's no way to report the app issues on it, as the one I just mentioned. I've started using the app this month. Although it isn't so stable/reliable/responsive as I expected, I have no complaints till now.
Bikes with single speed. Meaning you go extremely slow. Also you have to scan the bar code 2 times every time cause they show you a stupid warning message the first time. Prices are very high compared to other self transport system (like city bikes on racks) for no reason cause their cost is obviously lower. Could be so much better.
It was very good but since yesterday the app doesn't let me add balance to my wallet and then I can not ride. Whenever I try to add balance it says "Sorry, but something went wrong". I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it didn't change. Hope you fix it, so I can change my review!
Well, I'm having a problem with improper billing in the app with a scooter I had used days before and another without using any yellow, and yet I received yellow credits that I didn't want in the first place. Please, it's money that is needed. edit: yellow refunded me more than it should and now I'm able to tell that the app is a good idea and besides the problem I had, they have answered me ✌️
From a massive excitement to an absolute disappointment. The scooters on it's own are great. Unfortunately the application is a disaster. I have Samsung s10+ so I don't think the phone was the issue. The application wasn't working wright from the beginning, however we were ensured that it's normal. Later on due to the issues we got charged extra B$ 170 between 3 scooters. The application kept freezing and had to be uninstalled several times before signing out. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF🤨
I love yellow bikes and how easy it makes to speed up my trip around the city. The only problem I ever had (a wrong charge) was quickly fixed after I sent them a message through the app.
Payment methods are very unreliable, be ready to go home by foot if your credit runs out. Have tried two different credit cards and PayPal. Scooters are slow, never reach actual 20km/hr. And finally, they managed somehow to get monopoly in my town charging higher prices on my usual trips compared to the other scooter services.
Good idea, loved it, but the prices are responsible for the 1 star, only rich people can use it as transportation often. Get an Uber, you'll save way more money and besides the confort you'll get faster to where you want to go. Tradução: expensive, go Uber.
Seat was lose, despite leveler to adjust. had to unlock the same bake twice to actually unlock it. overall good experience could've been better.
Bikes WERE are practical, readily available and affordable... nowadays you'd count yourself lucky if.you find a bike that's in good working condition. Last time I went round up 5 different bikes around the station just to eventually being charged R$ 11,00 for a bike I couldn't even unlock
Update: from 4 to 5 starts because they reduced the take away price of the scooter and removed the downtime after my last suggestion. keep strong and aim to bring us scooter for 2,50 BRL! You can do it! Great service and I can see a very practical and Eco friendly Urban mobility. The bike is a fair price.
bike is uncomfortable. everg bump goes straight to you rump. But the price of R$1 for 15 minutes is cool. i would continue using the bike when i don't mind getting sweaty. i wish the bike had gears, that would have been awesome.
Unfortunately, the app does not offer what it says, for my wife and I have tried to unlock three bikes in different spots and every time we scanned their QR code, the app showed the message: "This bike is under maintenance".
The app works, the idea is great. There are still lots of bugs, but you can remedy and report through the app.
The rental service never worked for me, always say "invalid code" whenever I scan the QRCode of any yellow bike. Oh but the credit purchasing system works flawlessly...
app wont accept my current and valid credit card, just says "oops somthing went wrong" dont want to use the other payment methods. nothing is wrong with my card or the info entered. disapointed
Saves time and breaks the routine. Very few things like that are so accessible.
Modern and efficient service. It's been pretty helpful on my daily basis commuting.
This application has some problems. It show me a elapsed distance 4 times bigger than real distance. Your bike is with problem to unlock.
Had to restart the app a few times to get started. Took a while to connect to the bike. Great bike, though.
There is an error when I try to add credits, even before selecting payment method. Since days ago I am unable to use the service.
super easy and fun. it should have the option of unlocking two bikes at the same time.
Amazing! In the caos of the city it's good to have an alternative way to go to one place to another one. I really enjoy this app 😄😄😄
nice fun. price for the scooter a lit bit nonsense when comparing with uber or 99 (way cheaper). it's worth the fun though. :)
Awesome experience. Easy to use. Super fast and fun. I use the scooter in the bicycle lane and it is safe.
Would be a good app if it did not send you annoying notificatios all the time, which you can't disable in App configuration. The only option the user has to not be bothered is to disable all notifications from the App on Android settings, which also blocks the few that might be relevant for the use of the App. The boilerplate answer they always give, to report issue details directly via App, is also broken. Sigh...
