After the update to the new version, the app continuously pops up with the wrong area code. Selecting the right code requires entering the city first. From an easy to use one-click parking app degraded to a multiple click unreliable parking app. Most effort has been put into the design of the app, but not in the user interface. A missed chance. If you experience problems with the role out of a new version, role back to the previous version and do better beta testing before launching the new.
Finding the correct zone has become a challenge after the update. Selecting the correct numberplate means you have to go to the settings and change the default, because selecting it at the top of the screen does nothing. No confirmation which car you're parking until you find the ticket under the windshield wiper.
Had to pay at the park-meter, the payment details has to be fill in agai after update. No more history, no more easy parking. It was so good before now looks more like a google map that you have to be an trained professional to use it. All I had to do before was just to check if the number on the parking of the street matches something in app list. Din not even find an area that has tens of parkmeters same code 🤣
The new interface looks nice, but i need this app to park and for that give me the correct zone, which occasionally it doesnt. Also i dont wanna wait for a map to zoom in. I know where i am on the map. And for heavens sake, get that push message right. It reports i have an active session after i just stopped parking. so i have to double check everytime. An app should be functional, which it was. why change that?
This went from a 5 star app to a 1 star (because I cant give less). This app was so user friendly before, zone codes would automatically popup from the area. Now I have to first select the city, then the zone and then start. Compared to the one tap start from before, this is 10 steps back in the wrong direction!
Lost my payment info. Have to add it again and pay 1 euro again!!! I like the map view but it should zoom in a bit less aggressive so you can get your bearing and use the list view as well a bit easier. I hope it will work when I need it, I'm a bit concerned.
The app is teribble after the update. The active session was not showing so i tought it was off, turned out it WAS active and i paid extra time unnecessary. Also the active session notification sometimes shows up, sometimes not. I had no problem whatsoever before the update. Now i hate the app. I usually never post reviews but this time i had to
The new version of this app is terrible. The old one was a one click system and you were paying for your parking. Now it is difficult to find and the parking zone is never correct. Please go back to the old version otherwise I may have to change apps
This app used to work great. Quick and easy. A.transaction was taking me about ten seconds. Now it is redesigned and much too complicated and horribly slow. After two minutes it has failed several times and I paid at the meter
Can you please roll back to the previous UI? It takes me ages to park and often i cannot even find the parking code anymore or the wrong car plate is suddenly registered and I need to start from scratch again. I used to love the app, but will switch away soon if this is not fixed.
Bad UI. Not easy to use. No 1-click app. Old history gone. Before I used 2 accounts (private & business) in same app, but now not possible anymore. Terrible app. Time to switch to other provider. Your developers have failed. Bring back the old App.
Bring back the old app! This doesn't work properly, often missing parking zones standing next to me. The €0.10 zones in Amsterdam are not shown at all. In short, much more work for the same parking action.
The update is not really an upgrade. Performance is unacceptably slow and the new UX is unclear and not intuitive at all. Seriously considering switching provider.
The previous version just worked, the new and updated version is totally counter intuitive. Does not correctly locate correct zone, manual zoneselection is cumbersome. Not an improvement.
My local parking zones do not appear, and where are my favourites? Please explain how to get my favourite zones back. Also, why the worldview on every new opening of the app? Will switch if this is not fixed. Too bad, because it worked like a charm before this update..
The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life, let me correct myself, I actually don't think there is any customer service department there, since no one cared/replied to my objection through any channel that they have provided, bc I have contacted them through all customer service channels that they provided!
latest update made the UI the worst experience ever. Finding the parking meter now needs maps interaction, even when I know the number. The list view was much better.
It used to be one of the best apps on my phone. You couldn't have worsen it more than this. I opened a seasion and close it in 1h. It keeps saying that the seasion is active and that it will charge me for 12h. I am sorry that I have to find an alternative 😢
App doesn't continue when approving T&C screen. Update 25/4: I can now login, but only with a single account. There's still a lot of bugs on the new app and site. E.g. when you try to add a payment method, the return url returns a 404.
It doesn't work anymore on Android 12, latest version, using Pixel 6 Pro. You need to accept privacy statement, data policy, click on continue and nothing happens.
had to stop parking multiple times. now i payed too much. also did not start another parking. so now I have to cross my fingers for no parking fine...
I find the new updated app is less intuitive. Thought I stopped the parking, but it continued in the background.
Still works OK, but the user interface has not improved, unfortunately. Press a green button to stop parking? Nah.
Sins the upgrade I became worst. Very difficult to get the app working and start parking. This is waisting my time when I'm in a hurry.
the new version is really not intuitive. the app suggestions for area number are not relevant and it keeps loginning me out.
After a forced "migration" I can no longer use the app because it won't let me accept the agreement. Online also refuses to let me pay. Switched to another company that is working just fine. Goodbye Yellowbrick...
Terrible - very, very slow. Contrary to claim for the new version it is NOT easier to find the zone code - far from it, much much worse. Can we please have the old version back! Not only slow but hard to see what is going on. Does unexpected things; generally useless. Looking for another better app.
