Yepme - Online Shopping App

Worst app. I used to love yepme like anything. But nowadays, the app or shopping on yepme gives you very disgust feeling. Everytime you click on a shoe, immediately a message shows that its out of stock. 99% of the shoes are always out of stock. If your products are out of stock then why don't you update it and remove the products from display. Very bad experience on yepme. I would bever refer anyone about this app.

Yep me is the worst shopping app as I had purchased a kurti long time back from yepme due to size issues and had returned on the postal address as mentioned on the site. They didn't reverted back to either my mails nor calls. I neither got my payment back nor the replaced size kurti. If there was a black star rating I would have surely opted for that. It was the worst shopping experience ever.

Worst experience after a long time of shopping from yepme. I had ordered few shoes on July someday and the estimated delivery day July 31 and now we are passing December. At first the order got cancelled and still didn't get the refund and the second time the order was placed but no confirmation SMS or email Still product not delivered and no use of called the customer care and dropping tons of mail regarding this issue no response from there side

This is the worst app I've ever seen...Each time I open the app, it hangs and automatically closes... again I have to uninstall and install it again...this happened every time I opened it... horrible experience...

Don't Ask for Immediate Permission for Contacts and Make call permission required at opening itself it makes me very disappointed with app because i bought many things from your online websites so many times all this years,so only i tried this app but i hate you guys for asking permission. During buying you can ask for permission to buy verify the contact and make register. i haven't searched anything from your product was it ok &is what i was looking for or not without that. kindly change that.

Yepme store is a thief store. None of the product is delivered to you even you make payment online and no customer care response their phone just keep ringing if by chance they replied they keep you waiting for more 30 minutes and after that same reply wait for the product 3 or more days. I didn't received the product from them order on 8-march-2018. It is better to use other online shopping website.

The app is completely fraud. I have purchased 2 dresses from yepme app with payment made through internet banking amount to Rs 617. The product was suppose to be delivered on 12 oct 2018. However today is 3 nov 2018. Still now i have not received the product. Even if i call the customer care no one picks the call for 50 mins. This guys should be sued for forgery.

Unable to open the app as it stops responding after every 2 seconds... Tried reinstalling the app and also restarting the phone... It's frustrating...

Yepme ran with my money..... still i have not received my order which was booked on 29th Sep. 2018 and delivery date is 5th oct. but still the app is saying ready to dispatch. Even customer care not picking up my call its on hold more than 30 mins. Yet no order delivered.

After a long time i m going to remove this app from my mobile. I think developers are not taking any issue seriously. App crashing in mi a1 from last 2 months. Updates released but no bug fix. Guys if you really want business just update your app

The worst app of all time...i placed my oder...later it shown me its ready to dispatch at 25th september...its 1st oct and i havent got my shoes .. I guess they gonna need a decade to give my shows...and worst app owns horrendous customer care services...i called thrice and all the time i waited for more then 20 min without any succes .......

This app has a big bug ,it crashes many times when you try to search on it or in browsing session it crashes.......

I purchased 2 kurta amount to Rs.650 in July 2018. I have not received the product. Also did not get the refund in spite of repeated request daily from past 3 months. At least now please refund my money. Every time when I message them for refund, I receive the same message"We have forwarded your complaint and will get back to u as soon as possible" each time from past 90 days but no solution given

I had worst experience with this site, on March 2017, my order was cancelled but did not refund my money till today. Besides I return some products and also no refund. I complained many times and sent a lot of emails, all i got was only an apologies. I dont know how to do now. You hurt many persons and so you..... anyway shopping in this site is not safe.

fraud company. i have ordered a shoe last month and still not delivered. i have pre paid the order. not able to cancel the order and not able to connect customer care. please help me, how i will get my refund....

Very bad service.. Please don't buy anything from this site. It's totally fraud. No response of our call or email. I placed order on 06 Nov 18 and paid online but even after 9 days I didn't receive any confirmation msg or email regarding my order. Please friend don't visit this site and if you want to buy anything please pay on delivery. Don't pay online.

The moment I click on the App icon it says an error & gets off page. I really don't understand what's the problem.

Last year I return a pair of shoes and I still didn't receive the refund or anything and they don't give me any information regarding this. I also sent them email's but that also not useful at all.

if I go inside the app it automatically close can't able to open the app also I uninstalled and reinstalled for 4 times same issue repeatedly coming

I have been made an order on 17/01/2019, but till date I just found the error that your oder is ready for dispatch, But till I haven't get any sms of the next process

Very bad app and services, ordered and money debited but neither received product nor refund money because unable to cancel order by mobile app. I am very disappointed. My order no 34104762. Look into it asap.

There are good n awesome Products but still i didn't get my my order till now. I was order at the year 2016 N now is 2018 But till Now i didn't get my order. No customer care number for contact or complain what is going wrong with yepme.

wrost app.... suddenly stops and most of the items are out of stock I think they don't update their items.... dissatisfied....😤
