Very bad experience. Always problem with login. if you are entering correct password or fingerprint they are showing wrong after 3 attempts app was locked and app unlock after 12hrs. improve your app.
Horrible App! I want to close my Yes Bank account. So frustrating this app is. First let user login How many times you want us to verify credentials. I'm entering correct OTP and your idiotic app says to enter correct OTP. If only you allow users to login easily we can do some transaction. How inconvenient and complex your login process is. And pls have that login button placed handy and bigger. Seems like you don't want users to use yes bank..
It's a pathetic app yes bank it/software team please on below points or else please delete this app from play store. 1. Even after finger print is recognized why do your app says "App is locked due to 3 incorrect PIN attempts" 2. Why the hell we need to keep 2 pin ( T pin and M pin) can't you keep straight one Mpin for all 3. Your UI are not good maytimes I have observed it lag pls keep it simple minimal design straight work centric 4.Most pathetic is UPI pinreset it doesn't work at all 🙄
Registration not working! First time customer. Trying to register my number on the app and even after multiple attempts, it doesn't verify my registered number on this app. It's very frustrating and inconvenient. Thinking about cancelling this card now.
Horrible experience. I don't understand the mindset of developers. You can use fingerprint to login but you have to remember mpin for every other thing. After that I used the correct pin multiple times but my app was locked. The security in app is the biggest hindrance to convenience. The bank should not offer a service that they can not provide. This is a worthless and garbage app.
Not sure what happened but I am not able to login to application. Even after activie internet connnection using Mobile data and wifi both. When I click on login it shows message "Unable to login. Please check your internet connection." It is quite frustrating and not able to fix even after uninstalling and installing the app back again.
Buggy app. Nightmare to even log in. Seeing the multiple 1 star reviews stating the same it does not seem like anything is going to improve. Only thing that is happening is a reply from a bot asking to send screenshot of the error. You need screenshot if it's a one off case. If hundreds of people are facing the same issue and you're feigning ignorance means that you don't want to fix it. Uninstalling!
Everytime it is saying invalid MPIN. I can't understand why the app is not tested properly. If it had occurred once or twice can understand but now I can't remember how many times I faced this situation. This time it is saying app is locked directly on my first login attempt. Pathetic application.
Very very disgusting app. I'm not able to change the transaction limit and even its not allowing me to add beneficiary via app. And when I add beneficiary via net banking its not showing that recipient in app. Totally worst app. I'm now going to close my account.
Include last 10 or n transactions list, please be more transperant on these, when you paid your bill, I would expect myself to check that. This app doesn't show transfers. Overall, not very transparent, every banking app has this function.
You know, other banks also let you check your CC transactions and stuff. You should really get someone's else credit card and copy their features. It's pretty much the explanation. I am not going email about this. Check SBI card app.
The worst banking app I had ever used. After so many time I request for mobile varification but all goes vain. Very painful app and Internet banking also. Now I feel that I had take a wrong step to open an account with yes bank.
My pin not working. My login details not working. Nothing is working on this app. I am going to switch to another bank now. I stuck to this bank during bad times but it is enough now.
Pathetic app .. i have shifted to another phone and unable to login to app..the otp i entered everytime it says wrong otp..wth.. now i wanted to close my account never been through such pathetic service
This app shows all countries customer care number apart from India. I'm an Indian Customer and there's no way to get in touch with Mpin issue. Can't even reset Mpin. It's been a month and waiting for Yestouch to respond. Now sent an email to Level 2 head office. Let's see if they also ignore my message
Shockingly, the app can't login with a high speed (>45mbps) wifi connection, but logs in with a 4g data network. Needs to be improved
Not able to add beneficiary every time try and add beneficiary at end after all the process it say error adding beneficiary please contact us...... Very awful experience with yes bank i am new customer and planning to leave soon
Pathetic customer care they are not at all help full. They even disconnect the call in middle of the conversation. They give wrong information. So don't ever call the customer care number.
After installation it is asking to register but there is a process to select sim card and sending sms through app, it is failing to send sms from past 6 months still you guys didn't fixed that bug.. There is no alternative to log in without that step. Not sure why I need to keep my account.
Using this app becoming nightmare.....omg the upi issue was horrible it's says invalid and I have to change upi everyday it's too much bug in the server please fix this bug we can't keep change upi password and mpin for our transactions , it's too much poor quality when it's come to costumer service I can't even call costumer care to solve this issue every number which I tried busy or it won't even make beep sound I'm frustrated with this issue please fix it soon
Very very very bad Customer care. They will not reply your mails. Application for even mobile change is required to send to Chennai via speed post. All other banks took 2 minute to update mobile with all the process/verification done. Even after they received the application, no action taken.. 13 days passed. Irritating part is they do not reply the mails. Proper communication will not be irritating ever.
To anyone reading this, just use the bank's website on a desktop/laptop. This app is too buggy to use. I don't know how they could launch a banking application without thorough QA testing. Really makes you lose confidence in the bank.
Very bad experience, Same MPIN is not working after few days. APP gets locked even a single wrong MPIN. Nightmare to reset UPI pin, always shows time out, failed etc. Make it user friendly otherwise no use of this app.
Worst app Worst updates.Always need to uninstall and reinstall the app to know the account details Again the same screen comes Invalid request. Update-6th March 2022 Again I'm saying one of the worst app. Everytime you need to enter all the details again and again. Same screen Invalid request appears. Don't know even after saying these many times you're giving such a worst user experience. Looks like I've to close my account in yes Bank, that's the best thing to do.
The mist complicated app I have ever come through.. i usually don't like leaving negative reviews but this app does my head in all the time... Such a disgusting one... Its so hard to login.. keep changing pws.. app gets locked in 2 attempts.. how the heck will i remember the pw if I have to change them every now and then.. really disappointed and frustrated
Cannot make rent payment through mobile app as "select payment method" category is not populating any option. Credit card transactions cannot be seen on mobile application. I can just see outstanding amount and due date. This application needs lot of improvements. Learn from SBI, ICICI and AMEX credit card applications.
Pathetic app. Frequently saying error in mpin. Beneficiaries not visible. Fund transfer is totally a big mess via app. Pathetic banking app. Even don't deserve 1 star rating
Really badly designed app. The login process is unbelievably convoluted. I've not been able to successfully login yet. Hence uninstalled. Elaboration requested: Neither debit card nor netbanking login seems to be accepted now, MPIN is rejected all the time. So can't even login to check if any banking features within the app work at all.
