Pathetic. It appears you have to update your password each time you log in. I've set by password to a simple easy to remember password, written it down, logged out, then attempted to log back in using that password. "Invalid information" Even when you are logged in trying to move from maintance requests to paying you rent requires you to enter your password again—which of course isn't recognized.
Well it's kinda weird. I forgot password, so I entered my email address hit the button to reset password, got the email clicked the link to reset password, gets back to the app but no where I can see to reset password. But was able to rate my maintenance request. I believe your app does need some work in regards to resetting passwords.
Even though I live in a Yes! Community and have an account that I can access no problem on the website, the app doesn't work for me. It can't even find the community I live in so I can't even get to anything that would let me sign in. The app is useless if you can't find the community and can't log in. 1 star unless the issue is fixed. It seems like a lot of reviewers are having the same issue so I don't see it getting fixed unfortunately...
Inexcusable excuse of an app. -5 stars. No wonder there are more single star reviews than any others. After installing it, my email address is already taken as a login, my phone number in the database is wrong, and even though I'm in the website now, I can't fix the phone number. And the app tells me my email address is wrong when I enter my username to log in. This is the single worst app I have ever seen.
Needs more lighting for a senior citizens for walks, also some of us old timers believe are yards should be maintained by the community. After all the yards are extremely small and are lot payments are extremely high. However, most of us have been here for years and retired or on fixed income. We do need to care for our Senior Citizen's...
Had the online pay tell me I had insufficient funds when there was more than enough to cover my rent and there excuse was I must have entered the wrong information then wanted to charge a late fee and NSF fee. Funny that the bank had put the funds in a pending state then funded them back to my account and never gave me credit towards my rent but yet it was entered wrong as they claim.
They have NOW removed the feature of when you originally moved in? It is completely missing! Your app has now become worthless! The entire YES Communities don't care about residents. Forget about calling Resident Relations! They NEVER call you back!
A lot of improvement regarding asthetics. They continue to improve the looks of the community, its becoming a really nice place to live!
Got logged in to the app and clicked pay rent. It took me to the website where I had to log in again. I tried to log in and it says I don't have an account and it doesn't recognize my email. Just like everything else about Yes communities, it's garbage and doesn't work.
I downloaded the app I go to the first page all it says is search property I search for Willow Lake no search found if that's where I live and I know .it will not find it... they say they sent link it doesn't work either.. I cant win with yall . This community is not right nor the web site nor portal . Upgrade you links ,systems portal website please!!!!!! For it all to be user friendly!!!!
This app is a joke, I've tried to access get code sent to me but it won't take the code. I'm not giving anyoney account info to pay rent. I am not paying more money to pay a bill .So not sure what to do .But I'm installing this useless app.
Download the app , can't even create an account . I put my email in they send a link I hit that they ask for phone number I give that but no code gets sent but they want all of to use this to pay rent cause they are to lazy to process a money order or check!
Wont even let me sign in...tried several times with same information and keeps saying its not found..I have the same email and phone # since I have been living here. I uninstalled twice...will not be installing again.
Cancel payment button!!!! I send the wrong payment to the wrong account and it don't have a cancel payment button or click. Ahhh! So irritated!!!
Can't use the app if you can't create an account. Pretty much useless. Guess you will still have to deal with my paper checks.
By far one of the most difficult apps I have ever dealt with! Why doI have to enter my username and password two times in a row?
Never use it. I cant contact management through it. App not being used to its full potential.
It has been HORRIBLE!!! My fiance and I bought our mobile home in April of 2018 and they still will not put the lease in our name.... Even after the $90app fee. lot rent started at $426.90 and now is $533.10!!! I tried paying the lot rent in June 3 different times! It cost us JUST FOR LOT RENT $853.00! Remind you that we pay separately for electricity & gas, water, internet, cable and property taxes. The lease is in a dead man and his wife who lives in Texas! I don't believe this is legal?
This app sucks don't recognize my email from the office can't open it. zero rating
We are being charged $13 a month for free garbage pickup? And $20 a month for underground water sprinkler that has yet to be installed well over a year ago.
Worked fine until the recent update. Why do things constantly need to be changed.. just leave it alone. Now I can't even find my community to pay my rent.

Can't create an account. How am I supposed to pay my rent if the app doesn't let me create an account and noone ever answers the phone at the office.
Does not work won't even let me sing in keep sending email verification and tx codes and still don't work
YES Communities is a great app to communicate with the office.
Never ever rent or buy at Indepence Station you get horrible service and help. I have never ever lived with such corrupt community leaders and liars. They will steal from you in a heartbeat, they change your lease in a blink of a eye and when i moved out i had my place professionally cleaned and took video and they siad it was dirty and kept my deposit and then said they had picks but when i asked for proof to match mine i was told no

This app is absolutely garbage it doesn't work at all
To everyone who is having difficulty with setting up an account on the app! You might just need to add a punctuation mark somewhere in your password, like a period or exclamation mark. I had a similar experience trying to set up my account, but then I remembered that sometimes it's required to add a character case in a password. I just added a period to the end of my password and I was able to create my account. Hope that helps.
