Yes Madam - At Home Salon & wellness

I've taken few services from yes madam and experience was good but once I cancelled the booking and yet didn't get refund, while asked for the same from customer support, they asked for transaction ID, mode of payment etc, which doesn't seem right, if i cancel booking i should automatically get my money back, don't have to contact customer support and give details and wait for days, don't have to go through so much of trouble, If the backend team was working properly.

Very nice experience ... beauticians are professional and their service are also very nice. I recommend this app to people who wanna try salon at home ...only thing to say is that they are not punctual ...please rectify this problem

One stop solution for all beauty needs for us .beauticians are highly professional, It's been 3 years I have been using Yes madam app, recently, I got a beautician named DEEKSHA, she was very professional and nice . She recommended right products. The only problem which I have from yes madam is that you are not punctual and the bookings are not scheduled on time. Please do something for this. That's why I gave 4 star..... For beauticians it's 5 starts.

The experience with Divya Jyoti was amazing. She is superb in performing all her services. I have been regularly taking services from her and never wish to try the services of any other personnel as no one could beat her professionally.

It's definitely cheaper than uc n others , but it's lower in quality service, more of a Desi version or uc. but price matters, so if u want pocket friendly service, go for it.

Previously provided a negative feedback due to the untrained professionals and really bad customer service. However, one of the customer care agents got in touch and ensure that good services are provided. Professional came provided a good quality service.

Their service is a joke ! They made a mistake for which they gave me wallet points to use. Every time I try to use it, it shows i have to make the cart value "so and so" and when i do it, all they give it 50rs discount. Why do they bother showing fake respect and try to bribe with things like wallet points when the client can't even make use to it. It's win only for them, client gets nothing. TO ALL THE USER, DO NOT ACCEPT THERE WALLET POINTS, ITS FAKE! THEY ARE CHEATING YOU.

The beautician was impatient and unprofessional. She took my phone and marked her service excellent on my behalf without my consent. Didn't do the services right. I don't recommend.

Initially they were good.also allowed to use our own product.now they have made their own products mandatory so not much difference between them and urban clap.service wise urban clap seems better.Yes madam are sending new beauticians lately who are terrible at their job.the ones that were good, their fees has been increased so much. I have switched to Urban Clap after the service downgrade

My appointment was rescheduled for couple of times ..literally i was fed up on waiting ..but for the third time they have resolved the issue..and sent the beautician.. hopefully next time..i cannot face this issue again ..thanks..

Useless service. Last minute they called to cancel the booking for a Facial with an absurd reason that it's not for males. There's no such mention on the product while booking and AFTER I had already specified my gender in the profile. Oh and the customer service sucks as they just read the script. Don't waste your time here.

Recently i tried their service and honestly loved it. Specially the staff deppika prasad. She was very descent and friendly. She knew her job very well. Simultaneously she was professional with her work. Absolutely best service provided.

Value I took the service from Yes Madam. Sarala V was a very good professional, her service on pedicure, Manicure & Waxing was mindblowing . Her gesture towards the customer is fantastic. Loved her service, very polite and satisfied work. Will want to take service from her often.

Whenever I book the serve through Yes Madam, it's a mess At the last minute beautician calls and inform us they cannot come to the location or it will be late due to health issues, but they cannot arrange another one at the same time. This is the second time I am facing this type of issue from them. The only reason I opt for their services is prices and reasonable.

Pathetic customer support..very disappointed with customer support its almost 4 hrs my service person is still on the way and after 4 hrs no is switched off and no help from customer support end..its difficult to trust this app any more

Wow it's an awesome service provider first time i had used YesMadam services i did not expect that YesMadam is providing us in little amount this much services so happy to use this and they are taking care about every safety precautions before service she sanitize all their tools and after service she also senitize ther all tools and every thing once again amazing app.

I installed the app after reading few good reviews but Alas! Service is not getting booked as the slots are not available even for far future. The support team mentioned it as tech issue but has no solution for it rather asking me for another number to log in. It's like only number is needed, email id has no value. Rabbishhhh marketing.

I had a great experience with yes madam service, specially rajini chitra ma'am was fantastic and is a skilled person. I would recommend her to everyone do appoint her services you will love it..

The app should be more intuitive. I personally don't find it much user friendly however I liked the recently added feature of selecting the service again which was taken last time. Also, the prices are getting higher and less competitive perhaps Yes Madam can work upon that. My feedback would have been incomplete if I didn't mention Renu Kour's name. I have been taking services from her for almost an year now. She is just amazing as professional and as a person.

wonderful..the services were beyond words I like the service of Manpreet very much.. I have been using this application from past 3 years. The services and prices were good till last month and now within a month they have instantly raised the prices on all the services around 150-300.
