Third class app, maha bakwas app hai , baar baar exception occured aata hai login karne par. Needs lots of improvement to this app. Other bank doesnt show Exception occured message .
0 user experience, even my child can make better ui than your developers.
Nothing can be done after login. App shuts down. Happening for days and continues. Full regrets. I know the greasing words from customer care. Later, customers have to hit finger to post. I serious about moving my CA Ac.
Many times while running app it crashing . Still developer should have to work hard.
The app needs to re-configured. Evertime at the time of usage the app throws out & ask for the re-login. I had a very bad experience. In comparison YES Mobile App is very good. Hope there would be improvement as early as possible. Also, there is no fingerprints facility available...
The application just doesn't seem to open. Have to reinstall to use it. Every single time. Eeeerrrr......😠 So many people have faced this issue and the only reply is send mail to yeetouch. What have you actually done about it? Nothing. Reply for the mail is also no good.
This application is not getting logged in despite several attempts. Every time when i am trying to log in by entering Cust Id and password it redirects to login page flashing the message you are redirected to login page. Kindly solve the problem.
This app does not deserve to be on the app store. Claims to enable a "less-cash" economy. But is unable to register beneficiary so how will you transfer? Even step 0 (adding beneficiary) of the most basic operation of a banking app (funds transfer) is not possible. I will report this app
It's like they shut down most of their servers on weekends. The app begins to crawl like a tortoise or dies on those days. How are we supposed to do business like this!
The app has many problems. The screen is getting blank once the app gets started. We really need the app and the bugs need to be fixed as soon as possible.
Extremely pathetic App this,Asks for relogin 3,4 times everytime I try to login. Very non user Friendly
Once I install in one Mobile it work a week, after the week are few days later it will show blank screen. So I have to go for another mobile again the same scenario. Otherwise the app is very useful for instant money transfer. Kindly resolve this issue immediately.
This app literally has problems, I m using it for my company but, can't garentee the vendors when the payment would be done, its not working with my phone from last ten days. If you are using this application for this, you even have to explore the other methods of payment to see the work is done as expected
This application doesn't provide bank statement. That means. If u want to see ur transaction history.. Thats impossible in this app. u have to wait for a month for statement
I downloaded the latest version but showing error to update and there is no update available. Even I uninstalled and installed again but same error.
was using the app but since last 1 month it automatically deactivated and now unable to open the app.asked my RM he said go to branch, they could not help me out. called helpline they asked to contact RM.but since last 1 month nothing had happened after so many complaints.
It's a very bad banking app i ever use, it's need improvement .I really want to close my current account & saving account from yes bank . Because very bad experience I had with this app
Trying to open this app from last 4 days but it is not opening..reinstalled many times but again same.i am not able to do my transactions.Really pathetic experience from Yes bank....Resolve my issue if you can otherwise i have to switch my current acc to some other bank.
Pathetic, app does not start at all. And please yesbank team don't ask idiotic questions or ask to send details to some email. So many single star ratings show some really serious technology issue with you app. Instead ask your product and technology teams to to get to it.
worked for a few days albeit with the prehistoric password based identification when other banks offer fingerprint and biometric login. Unable to login now, does not recognize credentials. And NEFT is available only in business hours on working days!!??? Is Yes Bank moving one step forward and five step backwards?
poor server, every time i login , it logout automaticaly within second, very slow app. takes time to laod details. older version was very good
What is happening it has been several days but this app is not working on android. Despite of complaing at Twitter, on this platform via Email nothing is achieved yet. Best service
One of the worst banking app anyone has might used .I am unable to use the app as it's stuck on white screen . Yes Bank do you understand that this is a banking app .None of your error messages are relevant God knows who is the developer around this .
"Fund transfer limit has exceeded for the transaction" message appear even if you have not transfer 10% amount of your daily transaction limit. Can't trust at time of emergency.

Not able to do single transaction or add beneficiary, and already added beneficiary through net banking dose not show in app, worst app and the more worst part you cant transfer money through UPI payment.
