If some how you are unable to use yes secure like device lost of changed, to reconfigure you need to contact customer service and at this time they are of not much help so basically I cannot access my netbanking. Most other banks similar apps provide option of otp on mobile button also just in case its not possible to use app but yes secure app fails at this. P.s. So many times have shared with you being in copy via email no action.
Worst App. I am unable to use net banking. It is asking me to create a new password and when I do it, it is asking to generate a OTP with Yes Secure App. But before the challenge code there is something called Activation address. I spoke about the issue with atleast 3 Yes Bank executives and after 2 weeks of calling and texting them I am vexed. Worst Bank. Can't even use the net banking. I will close the account soon.
Switched authentication mode to Yes Secure and the website switched to the new authentication method without even verifying whether Yes Secure is set up and ready to use. I am locked out of my account now. Worst app and incompetent bank. None of the representatives is helpful. Going to close my account.
This is the worst app I have ever seen. I registered the app on my phone and now I have changed my phone and installed the yes secure on new phone. A)It is asking me to enter activation address but no details available on Yes bank site for existing app users who wants to change the device. B)In advance tab it show- Enter profile name and Seed (What the heck is seed mean ?) No information on how to generate it ? 1-Why it is so complicated to install and log in to the yes secure? 2-Where is the user guide for existing user who are out of the country and want to access yes secure.
Post Android update, the app does not work. My NetBanking is asking for password update for which I need to verify with Yes Secure OTP and not able to do that. Hence I cannot use my NetBanking!!! It is an extremely bad design by Yes Bank developers, which is pathetic and causing so much inconvenience for customers.
Last updated Nov 2015 and seems to be designed for some old version of Android. I'm definitely not going to use this one.
Worst app ever I chose for yes secure, but every time the otp it generates, the net bankings says invalid otp. I xant even change the setting back to otp in my profile as that too also requires otp from yes secure which is always Invalid. pathetic use of technology to Harass customers. The tech team didnt do their testing properly.
Worst app ever, very disappointing , not working even yes bank staffs themselves unaware of this. App starts with asking activation address,, there is no guideline what is this activation address.
I recently login my net banking in my laptop and it is asking password change followed by Authentication thro' YesSecure App. However As i just change my mobile and my App is not activated. Now i m trying to activate YesSecure App but it is asking activation address (which is after netbanking login i suppose....) Now what to do to active the both. This is really frustrating experience
Worst experience ever after few days every OTP the gave me shows the error message the verification code is wrong and now my internet bank is blocked and I'm unable to retrieve it ... If you are reading this can you tell how can I go back to ivr method. Because my internet banking is blocked
After changing of handset unable to use It is Asking for checking updates and there is no update available here. Asking for activation code but nothing happening after entering Always showing communication error Why don't you update this for new android facing version lot of difficulties .
Not able to access my net banking anymore since I changed the device ans there is no chance of opting for otp verification. Customer care is of no help. Bank relationship manager is also of no help. Totally useless.
Don't come up with COPY PASTE response you A***Hole.. after android update, this app asking for activation link. When I login to internet banking it's asking to change my old password. When I try to change my old password, it's asking for OTP from this app, which the app is stuck at activation link. How do I login to my banking now? Better YES Bank goes bankrupt. I'm closing this account as soon as I arrive in India.
Worst otp app. No way to deactivate and reactivate if phone is lost or formatted. Everytime we cannot contact the customer care. 😡

This app is not even worth of 1 star. Request you to hire a good developer for mobile banking app. I dont want to see your response like 'please share error details to xyz id'. I am not going to do that. I am facing multiple problems with Yes Bank account since long and sorry to say it is not a customer/user friendly bank anymore. I know, no one is going handle my queries in right manner. I wish to close my 13 year old relationship with the bank on my next visit to branch.
Not sure why this app is designed. Not able to use since installation. Not even able to de-register. Stuck in this app and not sure how to get rid of it :(

The app does not work in Android10. After installation, during Yes Secure settings, the app errors out with "Communication Error: A Connection error occurred" even though I have a working internet connection (checked on LTE as well as WiFi). If I can't even login, what's the point of this app ? This app was last updated in Dec2015. No wonder it doesn't work anymore !!
