About the app : Not at all user friendly, UI is below average. The app is also not reliable as the company itself. They are liers and cheaters. They opened my account with 0.05% brokerage and increased it to 0.45% discretely. On contacting they said it is per the fine print we have signed. So don't go by what they say, because they tell you different story at the time of account opening and as per terms printed in the fine print, the things are totally different.

Not able to use. It ask for update. Take you on Google play . Option available is only open. Press open you go back to app with update pop up. So it gets into a loop. I think developers have been very casual. Without testing they are releasing the app. Its usability and security is question mark.

App is not user friendly . We can not see buying price and current price without opening individual share. Also no option to buy or add share after opening individual share. Many times it shows error of loading and many times portfolio not visible. It's worst app Loading loading.and it doesn't show buying price and current price unless you open individual stock

It is a worst app I have ever used. It is very slow through out the day. Rates take few minutes to update . Brokerage plans are very high . Thinking of quitting it asap

Lot more needs to be done to make it user friendly. I have also been using MO Investor App. It provides much more user friendly information about the holding.

Need to improve on UI features on all of portfolio and MTF stocks are not visible. Watchlist of both portfolio and mtf should be automatically created

2022-01-17. New complaint. - hi developer , I feel you people are not good knowledge about what customers are needed. Atleast you copy some of the other platforms like zerodha, Religare etc. #1 For ex Company name is not visible in price depth, Chart. Only share symbols .it leads most confushion to add and remove in the portfolio list. #2. In future / option is good in religare app in seperate way. Atleast copy that. #3. Sttock holding windows is worst . Your email id not working

Cant open app ask for password in numerical form but when i change password its in alpha-numeric, how i am supposed to type alpha-numeric on only numeric keyboard. Please clerify.

After updating latest version portfolio not showing @ any time....!! Poor update

One of the best app for losing money. If you have lots of extra money this app is very useful in losing it. It will not work when you need it most. I think it is developed by hiding the identity like karna, that is why it doesn't work when you need it most. Already written to customer care. In morning it doesn't work. And very slow through out the day. Portfolio doesn't show all the holdings. No stop loss can be applied. It's one the basic featured which we used to have a decade ago.

Horrible experience 😡. App keeps hanging. Screen freezes and you don't get to see the live rates and hence are forced to place wrong trades. At times trade won't be placed at all and your target is achieved but your trade isn't placed.

Can you optimize it for Android tableta? It does not work on MI PAD 5 while all other apps like zerodha, hdfc securities can work.

App is to slow ...having in network no data is open ....other demat app open but yes bank app not open

Very slow worst stock app awards can be achieved by this app and no RSi index ..no indicator to show stocks which are intraday tradable ..I'm & wondering why Yes bank is going down

New App experience is better than the earlier app Yes Trader. I am happy to see the portfolio feature which was much required. There is lag in the app. Example: Just try to refresh Order book it takes time to refresh. Similar lag is present in almost all other app feature. We don't know all the features of app e.g. when you punch a order there are 3 option, all these option have short codes which are not friendly. Can you also publish a user guide to all the subscriber?

Good design but slow app with lots of bugs. I created a nice watchlist after spending a lot of my precious time but , ALAS!! It just disappeared after a few days. And now I'm deciding to quit Yes Securities coz of the high brokerage and less support. Sorry guys!! I hope you do well. Cheers!!

In morning app always lag while placing order or SL , due to which faced losses and missed opportunity. After some time session automatically log out which is very frustrating to log in again and again. Even their website didn't let you place order on time and always log out , what's the sense of a trading app when you can't place order or time or modify your stop losses. Serious work needs to be done on this as other platforms are way better. I'm forced to switch to other platform.

Really wonder why Yes Securities has even developed this buggy app... almost all requests to Helpdesk don't get any response. Looks like some school kid has made this app - even basic stuff like thousands separator OR date formats are not present, let alone the proper execution of triggers etc. Even new "features" in this version return blank screens

The app requires a lot many improvements, that need to be taken up periodically by the developers.Do get in touch with me , and as a user of similar apps, I can help out in quite a few ways.- some of them being font size and depth.

Most of the time, the login process takes forever. Once logged in, it's a hit or miss. Sometimes it offers a seamless session and at other times it is so slow that you can't really follow the markets or execute timely trades. Yes Securities needs to urgently address and streamline the application before they start losing customers solely on the demerits of ease of trading.

Below average app...Developers need to visit their competitors app once.i have been using Sharekhan app for close to 10 years before giving this comment. Some examples.. 1.avg buying price in holding list is some other value not your actual avg buy price. 2.portfolio does not show all your holdings. 3.cant see past transactions of a script easily. 4.Session expires very soon and need to login multiple times. Need to improve a lot to improve a lot

User interface is very good. Watchlist pattern, stocks holding etc are also nicely adjusted at proper place. Please make some arragngement to rectify the portfolio updation problem. Portfolio is not updated timely. Have contacted the costomer acre also but not yet rectified.

I'm logging to the app and after entering my 4-digit PIN, it says SSL Verification Failed and my availabile limit is shown 0 which was earlier around ₹500

Not at all working on latest galaxy tab s7 plus. Crashing continuously, uninstalled an reinstalled but same issue persists. Make it more responsive and ability to utilise more real estate of tablets, lot of white spacing currently..

User experience can be improved much more and app works very slow comparatively

1. Portfolio window is unscrollable to the bottom. Can't ever see the last 2-3 companies stocks that I hold. 2. Help section needed to explain the features and functionality of the app for daily users. 3. It takes one whole day for the new shares that I buy to reflect in my portfolio. So that essentially means I can't buy and sell shares on the same day. This should be instant.

Worst trading app in the world...no windows version available...in mobile app unable to add any sript...So complicated application
